It’s a lovely development with all the amenities of a resort. The unit was clean, safe and fully stocked. We would have preferred the second floor unit (which we requested) because we could hear our upstairs neighbors walking around. The manager checked in with us by text every day to make sure we had what we needed. Overall, very nice.

This property is very nice. Two bedroom unit had everything we wanted (two baths, kitchen, washer and dryer, etc)Pools are great and the staff was super friendly I booked for four nights and only found out days before that the host actually cobbled together two separate reservations (one for three nights and a one night). This had the potential to be really awkward with having to change rooms and check out in the middle of our vacation. Thankfully, staff onsite were able to accommodate us with a suite that we could stay in the entire time. Lack of transparency is the only reason for not giving five stars

Fun Stay

It was a very fun place to stay at, however that was a staple on the chair that scratched my friend’s leg. We were about to angle the staple after so it doesn’t happen again. We were able to utilize the 2 beds and 2 sofa beds so my entire group was able to stay together. They did not mention that the bigger pool areas would sometime have events. It was a pleasant surprise! My friend liked the Mimosa Monday and I would have tried the water aerobics if I had more time. I will keep this place in mind for my next stay :)

Villa not as described

The listing for this property clearly stated that there would be 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 1 sofa bed in the villa. The listing did disclaim that the actual villa may not match the photos in the listing, but it did not at any point disclose that the number of beds would differ from what was promised. Upon arrival, I found that the villa had 1 queen bed and 2 sofa beds--both of which were non-standard size and smaller than a queen bed. I contacted the host immediately upon check-in to inform them of the issue, whereupon they referred me to the property's front desk. The front desk was unable to fix the issue, and the host absolved themselves of any responsibility, as well. Beware of the fraudulent nature of this host's listing. I would not recommend staying here.
