Bon séjour

Ne manque de rien. Juste un peu vieillot mais ceci n'est vraiment pas un inconvénient. Grand appartement avec parking privé. Situation idéal pour visiter la région et surtout pour la fête du citron à menton.

C’est nôtre troisième séjour dans cette location, très pratique pour deux couples ou avec deux enfants. Lieu bien tenu, avec une place de parking ; néanmoins la literie serait à renouveler et le pb des clés permettant d’accéder au local poubelle n’a pas été réglé. Ce dit cela demeure un lieu très agréable.

Super séjour

Appartement très pratique pour 2 couples avec chacun sa salle de bain avec toilettes. La taille des douches est correcte et l'eau est bien chaude. Les matelas étaient très confortables dans les 2 chambres et nous avons bien eu du chauffage dans la 2eme chambre. Dans la cuisine, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner, super. Même si le style est un peu "vieillot" ,c'était propre et la vue du balcon est incroyable ! Et l'arrêt de bus est au pied de la résidence. Bref on a beaucoup apprécié !

Unit needs serious updating

Let's start with the good. The Views from the unit/grounds are spectacular. Rooftop garage/elevator and price are all positive. However, the unit itself is in serious need of upgrades. We found the unit furniture to be in bad shape. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The main couch was broken (falling foward), only one skimpy towel per person. The TV was not working. The bathroom showers are so tight you can barely move around without shutting off the water with your body. No A/C in 2nd BR

Das Appartement hatte eine Einrichtung noch vom .Erstbezug.1972. Türen schabten über die Erde.In der Dusche . Schimmel an den Rändern. Alte Betten.Alte Bäder Eine Türklinke die runterhing Ein Wäschereck das nur notdürftig mit Tesafilm gepflickt wurde. Das Einzig schöne ist der Blick vom Balkon auf Monaco. Leider auch kein Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Schwimmpool war sauber und gepflegt. Strand wsr auch sehr schön. Appartement ist schon eine Frechheit das zu vermieten.!!!!!

situation superbe mais appartement vieillot et équipements rudimentaires douches ultra exigües tapisseries datant de plus de 30 ans fourmis partout !!!! le prix est exagéré par rapport aux prestations connaissant bien les autres appartements de la résidence

Un point de vue exceptionnel

C’est notre second séjour en février dans la résidence et nous reviendrons sans doute, l’appartement est parfait pour deux couples, la vue imprenable, et proches des spots à découvrir dans la région. Que les draps et les serviettes soient fournis, et le ménage compris est un plus !

Très belle vue sur la baie de Monaco

Résidence très bien située, cependant appartement à la décoration vétuste, une des 2 chambres sans climatisation, volets des chambres endommagés et peu fonctionnels, volet de salle de bain fermé et sans manivelle. Literie à rénover, mauvaise isolation sonore avec voie ferrée en contrebas de la résidence. Pas wifi, dommage. La table de terrasse fixée au mur, peu pratique. Les points positifs : 2 salles de bain, accès direct à la plage, très belle vue sur la mer et la baie de Monaco, 5 minutes de train pour se rendre à Monaco . Location chère pour la prestation.

Die Lage der Wohnung, der Garten und der Ausblick sind genial. Der Pool wunderschön gelegen. Auch ist die Größe der Wohnung sehr großzügig. Lediglich die Bäder /Duschen sind winzig und sehr veraltet.
