Otherwise, to be considerate to other guests, we cannot guarantee that early check-in or late check-out requests will be accommodated. Feel free to arrive anytime after 4 pm.
→ Regarding the house: Max occupancy is 8 people. 3 Queen beds and 1 Queen sofa bed. There is central air. Travel-sized toiletries, 2 hairdryers, iron, and an ironing board are provided. A drip coffee maker and basic kitchenware are also provided. Guests are responsible to provide any additional amenities desired such as additional toilet paper.

→ You will receive your code for entry one day before your arrival via text. This code will activate on your check-in day at 4 pm and deactivate at 10 am the day you check out.

Neighborhood Description:
You will be near Belmont University and Vanderbilt University and a short walk to the college football and baseball stadium. You are also close to the 12 South neighborhood that boasts its own great local restaurants and shops from 12South Tap Room to Burger Up to Edley's BBQ. All great choices.

Getting Around:
RIDESHARE
There are rideshares all over the city from Uber, Lyft, and even Earth Rides (Tesla cars only). They are easy to call anytime day or night. Pro traveler tip: download all apps to your phone so you can compare prices and get the cheapest option!

TAXIS
See the ride share option above, taxis are available however few and far between and can be quite pricey in Nashville. There are so many taxi companies that we really cannot recommend any one over another, and we encourage you to investigate rates and reviews to find one that suits your needs.

MTA BUSES
The MTA (Metro Transit Authority) Buses run all over Metro Nashville and even some surrounding counties. Very reasonable fares and the wide range of routes make the bus a cheap and easily navigable choice for visitors.

NASHVILLE B-CYCLE
Nashville's bicycle sharing program has been a huge success with locals and tourists. Simply walk up to any Nashville B-Cycle station, swipe your credit card, and pick out your red bike!
