Why they chose this property
Come relax at our Little Oasis in Tavernier... This calm, comfortable house has 3 bedroom & 3 full bathrooms. 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms on the 2nd floor and 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom 1st floor. House has been fully remodeled in 2020. New heated outdoor pool with a full outdoor kitchen to include BBQ and griddle. You can enjoy your morning coffee out back with full ocean view. You can even swim, snorkel, kayak, fish, or bring your own boat. You can always just relax and enjoy the view on hammocks. Property is located near some of the best attractions the upper keys has to offer. Minutes away from Harry Harris park, the famous John Pennekamp coral reef state park, the Tiki bar, and countless excellent restaurants.
For the avid fisherman you will be located on a deep clean water canal, instant open ocean access and a 5 minute away cruise to Tavernier creek for bay side access. The concrete dock comes with a small ramp to trailer jet ski, kayaks, or small boats, fresh water shower, 20k lift that holds most boats 39' or less, a fish cleaning station with fresh running water and water hoses to reach lift and boat. Large lot with plenty of parking for cars, boat trailers, and RV parking with electrical and sewer hook up.
Amenities: Property renovated and includes all new: Ring alarm system with Ring security out door cameras. 3 TVs with local cable channels, WIFI, large central A/C unit with heater, clothes washer and dryer, dishwasher, wine cooler, range, cooktop, microwave.
