The second bedroom includes a full and twin bed, both with trundles. The third bedroom includes two twin trundle beds. A shared bathroom is located in the hallway between these two guest rooms.
The downstairs guest apartment accommodates two guests with a king bedroom, ensuite bath, and an additional full bathroom.
Outside, the home is designed for entertaining with a bar, induction cooktop, Traeger and gas grills, and a heated/chilled pool surrounded by tropical landscaping. Guests can enjoy the putting green, play volleyball in the pool, or gather around the gas fire pit.
The lighted dock accommodates boats up to 20 feet and provides easy access to the Florida Bay and the ocean via Tavernier Creek. Please note that the owners keep their boat on the lift. Kayaks are provided for exploring the nearby mangrove hammock, home to native sea and wildlife.
Small, non-shedding pets may be considered. Pets must be approved by management and a pet fee will apply.
