Great location. We would book again in the future. Well-stocked kitchen. Closets were well-stocked with games, an iron, fan, etc. Property grounds were amazing.

The community is beautiful and the condo is spacious. The two bedrooms are on different floors and provide privacy. Our only disappointment was the view. The ad does not state that there is an ocean view but, the implication is there. The view isn’t terrible by any means but it definitely does not include the ocean view.

Our family very much enjoyed our stay at Chris’s condo. There was everything you might need for a family beach vacation, sand toys, boogie boards, coolers and beach chairs. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you might need to make a meal and the space was clean, comfortable and super functional. The condo grounds were beautiful and the pools were excellent. It was close to lots of great beaches and a comfortable walk to restaurants and shops. We would highly recommend a stay here for a visit to Maui!

Chris was very accommodating and supportive with all our questions and requests. The condo was in great shape, everything functioning well and providing a welcoming, cozy environment. Situated in a very well taken care of complex with pools, bbq, parking and pristine landscaping, the short stroll to the beach feels like a walk through a park. We had a great stay and would definitely come back again.

Beautiful property, perfect location

We really enjoyed the home and the amenities. The owner of the property has excellent communication skills and even worked with us to adjust our trip when we needed to make changes. We ended up staying longer than expected! The air conditioners made it a wonderful day as well during the hot part of the day :)The pool in hot tub were both great ways to unwind in the late evenings after sunset.

Great place to stay in Maui

We enjoyed our stay, and it was our favorite place to stay in Hawaii. The condo was clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. The owners have taste, art decor is beautiful. We loved having breakfast on lanai, and having washer and dryer for our 10-day stay. The location is great. There is a beach walking distance, but we loved going to Makena and Wailea beaches a short driving distance away. A+ across the board. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

First stay at Maui Kamaole

Very quiet location. A tad far to walk to beach. Great upper pool with waterfall. 3 ceiling fans and great flow of air through condo. Hardly had to use any of 3 A/C’s. Nice big lanai with great table and chairs.

Simply Amazing!

Clean, great views, close to beaches and shopping. Very attentive and by far the best hosts! Thank you so much, Chris and Jean, for sharing your home with us and providing local suggestions and recommendations! You had everything we’d ever need for a comfortable stay, including a wine key 😁 We wouldn’t have had such a great experience if we’d stayed at a 5 star resort! We will definitely be returning and telling all our friends about such a wonderful place to stay ❤️ Mahalo!

It was wonderful, everything you needed, close to restaurants and markets and kept nice & clean

We had a wonderful time in Maui. Thanks to Chris & his family, we had a great stay, the condo is fully equipped and well looked after. It’s situated on beautiful property, located perfectly to beaches, restaurants, markets and dive rental shops. Chris sends you a nice package before you get there explaining how to locate the condo, beaches and other key places. The grounds are well kept and there’s clean bbqs and the pools and hot tubs are fabulous to relax in at the end of the day or to start it off. Our family had a perfect vacation and a big thanks to that is the accommodations.

Great Stay with the Family

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was spacious, well equipped, quiet and comfortable. We didn’t need to run the AC much but when we did it was nice to have three units to cool the three main spaces. The communication from the owner was fantastic, far exceeded communication with past rentals we have used. There is one set of stairs to get to the unit and one within the unit, wasn’t an issue at all for us. If you have mobility issues they may be a challenge, but the owner was upfront about that before we finalized the rental agreement. Location was great, its between Kihei and Wailea across from the boat launch. The complex was very pretty and lush. The kids especially liked the pool and hot tub setting surrounded by greenery and the waterfall. Would definitely stay here again. Mahalo!

A great home base to explore the wonders of Maui!

My family of four stayed in this condo over spring break 2016. It was GREAT! Clean, roomy, well furnished, stocked with all that you could ever need and accurately represented by the photos...it was all that we needed or wanted it to be. The location of the unit within the resort was very convenient both to the upper pool and to the parking lot. The resort itself is at the very south end of Kihei right across the road from the Kam III beach and the boat launch - a great spot! Chris, the owner, went out of his way to make our stay fantastic. From the initial conversations, through the booking process, to our final checkout, he was quick to reply, full of suggestions and helpful tips, and very easy to deal with. Maui is a fantastic place to visit and our family plans to return to this same unit on our next trip!

An Absolutely Perfect Family Vacation Spot

I don't know if I can say enough good things about this lovely condo and the even lovelier hosts. Kevin went out of his way to make us feel warmly welcomed - and helped us coordinate around wedding events nearby. The condo was so well set up for a family - our daughters loved having the two twin beds in their own room, and we all enjoyed eating meals on the beautiful terrace with lush tropical views. The kitchen was beyond well set up - it had literally everything we could possibly need, including a rice cooker. The beach gear - chairs, umbrella, sand toys, snorkeling masks, etc - was a game changer. And then the nearby pool... it was absolutely perfect for our young children. Only 3.5' deep throughout almost the entire pool, we felt so comfortable having our daughters play there - and it was a super short walk from the condo unit. We'd love to come stay here again. And I'm almost afraid to gush so much because I don't want too many people to descend on this gem of an accommodation!

Everything you need for a great vacation!

This property was everything we expected and more! Chris was excellent to deal with, accommodating and very proactive with his communication. I appreciated that he took the time to make sure we were knew there would be some noise transfer from the loft bedroom upstairs before confirming our booking, as we were a family of 5 that would be using the pull-out sofa in the living room. The way the condo situated it has a private feel and we enjoyed watching a Northern Cardinal sing to us from the palm tree just off the nice big Lanai. The unit was well equipped with everything we needed for a very comfortable stay, including a few spices and other cooking essentials. I was surprised at how many barbeque stations were throughout the complex, all with Webbers, so it was no trouble to pop down to throw something on for dinner. It is a bit of a maze navigating through the beautiful grounds but it only took us about 10 mins to get right to the beach. And for the times we didn't feel like the walk, the pool was right out front of our building. I would definitely stay here again!
