Located in an unforgettable location directly on family favourite Charley Young Beach. The beach features a sand bottom, snorkelling, body boarding and quick access to Cove Park, Kihei’s most popular surf spot. If you’re lucky, one of Charley Youngs resident turtles will swim over to greet you.

If you prefer to be a spectator rather than a participant, this condo offers some of the best shaded people (and whale) watching on the Island. Imagine relaxing on comfortable lanai chairs while sipping a cappuccino, watching the water, beneath a majestic monkey pod tree. After witnessing an amazing Maui sunset, prepare a bar-b-que meal and enjoy what our beach front condo has to offer.

Could not be happier with our stay here! 1000% recommend! The property is gorgeous, steps to the beach, you don’t even need shoes! The condo is clean and stocked with everything you need. We enjoyed the sand toys, boogie board, beach chairs and umbrella. It has a small cooler to take to the beach for drinks. The beds were comfortable and the washer and dryer were perfect. Our family would love to stay again! Thank you!

We were so happy with this stay! The condo is nicer than the pictures do it justice. Of course the location is amazing— the ability to walk barefoot right to the beach is so special. And we loved that sitting on the lanai felt like being right there at the ocean, but still felt private. The owners were very attentive to anything that came up. I hope to be back some day!

The location was excellent. Truly right on the water at Charley Young. Many people were in the water. We found it a bit rough for snorkeling entry but this may have just been due to weather/ time of year. The condo was just as shown in the images. It was well stocked. Loved that there was plenty of Baggies, trashbags, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, coolers for use, etc. The AC worked well. We asked for the second room to be converted to a king from 2 twins. The beds were pushed together but no twin to king gap filler was provided. This would cost 50 and would have made our trip much more comfortable. Otherwise the beds were comfortable. There were a lot of tiny ants in the second bedroom and some in the kitchen. We sprayed for bugs and this kept them in control. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

I looked at many properties before we booked here. My wishlist was a walk out lanai, at least one king bed, steps to a sandy, calm beach, and parking. We got all this and more. The unit is exactly as described but also full of anything you might need. Every appliance, all kitchenwares, laundry detergent, yoga mats, snorkels, bug spray. The list goes on and on. In addition, the beds were extraordinarily comfortable and I loved the pillows so much that I am going to look to buy them for myself. It’s clear that the owners take pride in this space as seen from the high quality furniture and everything else in the unit. It’s not standard short-term rental stuff. Two of our favorite aspects of the property: 1. Being in a corner unit meant that we essentially had the feeling of being in a private home. 2. The outdoor shower was lovely!Thanks for sharing your home with us.We will never forget this visit!

A dream location and view from this top-notch condo. Long time visitors to Maui, we happened upon this gem of a location and the perfect beach over 20 years ago. After staying in the complex for the past several years, we were blessed with the opportunity to purchase it. Imagine sipping lemonade on a lounge chair while watching the waves roll in.

Why they chose this property

Other than a true beach front location, on one of the worlds most wonderful sand bottom beaches, we are perfectly situated within easy walking distance to several restaurants and lounges. In addition we offer several of the little touches others may not. Our condo is stocked with those little items you may miss in others, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet tissue, paper tissue, kleenex, laundry detergent, a considerable collection of spices and oils, toiletry kit including q-tips, bandaids, nail files, hair ties ear plugs and shower caps.
Larger conveniences include central air-conditioning vs a wall unit, a bluetooth receiver for surround sound, umbrellas, coolers, terry robes, binoculars, a espresso machine, and two outdoor living areas. A beautiful beach front location coupled with a kitschy private retreat.
