House had everything needed and more to enjoy time spent in the area. Kayaks, paddle boat, grill, boat lift, golf cart and hot tub were all in good working order. Although no dolphin sightings, in mid march, we saw several manatees and a pair of bald eagles roam the canal.

Wonderful stay

As usual we had a great stay at Tranquility Villa. The house and location are wonderful. House is clean and has all the amenities you could ask for. We love to come to Pine Island and the house is part of what makes the trip so enjoyable.

Best hidden gem!

Great spot for bringing a boat!

First time staying in St James City and this place was perfect for 4-6 guests. We brought our boat and the dock area was perfect. Very close to restaurants and fun local bars. Great time!
