Direct access to the golf waters out of St James City for the avid fishermen looking for the ultimate fishing experience.
Close to the 1000 islands, Captiva, Sanivel, Punta Rassa, Matlacha, and Many more. Bars restaurants and night attractions on the island, 15 minutes away from Matlacha with even more night attraction, restaurants, bars, and live music.
The house is the perfect location to indulge yourself in a relaxing weekend paradise, with a spacious house with a beautiful waterfront dock, sit back and enjoy the crossing of manatees, dolphins, and many of our Wildlife species.

Cast a line and surprise yourself caching mangrove snappers, snooks, barracudas, and many others.
jump on a kayak or a paddle boat and explore away the canal system.
You got bicycles and a golf cart to ride around cherry states and saints James city remember to change the golf cart so it will always be ready for your needs.

We had a great time and recommend this property. The property manager, Luis and the maintenance team were attentive to the minor issues we had and everything was perfect. The swim spa was the perfect place to unwind and cool off after a day in the sun. Thank you to the host and everyone who made our trip a success. We’ll keep this property in our favorites for sure.

Luis's place was amazing. Comfortable beds, stocked with everything we needed and very clean! The jacuzzi is huge and amazing. Would stay here again for sure! The boat lift was also a plus.

Great house! Larger then it appears- accommodated the whole fam! Super impressed with the very well stocked kitchen! Every room has TV, master shower was a delight, master bed was very comfortable, the oversized spa was a hit with our 8 grandchildren! The paddle boat & kayaks were a fun experience, fishing off the dock kept the boys busy too! The golf cart was perfect for bee bobbing around. We went to nearby tiki restaurant for delicious fried mahi. The owner was always a call away if we needed anything! Thank you for sharing your home with us!! We hope to visit again!

Great spot to stay, we did a lot of fishing. Caught some nice mangroves off the dock. Very sad to see the destruction on the island. Thanks guys great stay.
