Welcome to your fresh and airy waterfront escape in St. James City! This beautifully maintained 3-bedroom, 2-bath pool home offers the perfect blend of comfort, relaxation, and boating convenience.
Enjoy bright, coastal-inspired living spaces and unwind in the Florida room, complete with ice-cold A/C (and heat during cooler months) and a charming queen-size swinging bed for additional sleeping space — a guest favorite!
Step outside to your private heated pool overlooking the canal, where you can soak up the sunshine and enjoy peaceful water views. Boaters will love the convenience of the extended dock and boat lift, plus dedicated space on the left side of the home for trailer parking. Just bring your boat and you're ready for island adventures!
Inside, the living room offers cable TV for relaxing evenings, while all bedrooms feature streaming capabilities so everyone can enjoy their favorite shows.
Traveling with pets? This home is pet-friendly! A $150 pet fee applies for up to two pets.

Pool Heating Notice:
The pool is equipped with a residential heater; however, please note that residential pool heaters are only designed to effectively heat and maintain water temperature when outdoor temperatures are consistently above 65°F. During colder weather, especially below this threshold, the heater may run but will not be able to maintain the desired temperature. Pool temperature is also dependent on overall weather conditions, including cold fronts and wind.
