Cosy, comfortable residence "Vista Village". 20 houses in the residence. 300 m from the centre of Porto San Paolo, in a sunny position, 1 km from the sea. For shared use: well-kept garden with lawn and flowers, swimming pool (100 m2, depth 50 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 15.Oct. pool opening hours: 09:00-13:00 and 16:00-19:30). Outdoor shower, tennis. In the complex: WiFi, washing machine (for shared use). Roofed, parking on the premises. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 400 m, bus stop 600 m, sandy beach 1 km. Nearby attractions: San Teodoro 16 km, Olbia Aeroporto/Porto 13 km, Porto Cervo 43 km. Please note: car recommended. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome Olbia in Via Mestre 11, 12 km. Services included: WI-FI in common areas, access to the swimming pool, use of the tennis court (Tennis court will be availabe till oct. 2023). Please note: BBQ is not allowed. Key collection will take place at our Interhome Local Office in Olbia. You will receive more details a couple of days prior to your arrival.

Great setting and fantastic views

Perfect location, few mins walk from restaurants/shops, and only 15 mins walk from amazing beaches. Villa grounds are pretty and secure but pool very small and a third too shallow to swim. Too few pool loungers. Villa very basic. Sofa bed uncomfortable to sit on, beds ok. Kitchen only has hob, no oven, only one plug socket very close to sink for appliances. Communal washing machine. No Wifi in villa, just in set area of grounds. Terrace great view but uncomfortable outdoor furniture.

Gute Unterkunft

Haus ist eher ein Appartement. Sauberkeit ist okay allerdings könnte es etwas sauberer sein. Ausstattung der Küche ist eher schlecht. Kein einheitliches Geschirr und Gläser. Auf der Terrasse riecht es immer wieder nach Gas da hier wohl der Gas Verteiler ist. Duschdüse eher schlecht als recht. Bis auf diese Dinge hat uns die Unterkunft gut gefallen. Anlage ansonsten sehr gepflegt. Gärtner/Hausmeister ist jeden Morgen und jeden Abend da. Er ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Unterkunft empfehlenswert!

Schöne Anlage mit Mängel

Immer noch eine schöne Anlage, aber Ausstattung und Service lassen massiv nach: In der 6-Personen-Wohnung kaum Gläser/Geschirr, Küche abgenutzt. Poolzeiten streng, in der Mittagshitze von 13-16 Uhr keine Abkühlung Videoüberwachung Ärger bei Verstößen. Morgens um 8.00 Lärm durch Hausmeister(Rasenmäher/Rasentrimmer, ab 10.00 Uhr dann Ruhe. Fehlende Poolauflagen seit Jahren, Starterpaket Küche und Pooltücher wurden abgeschafft. Klimaanlage auf 26 °C begrenzt kaum nutzen, Juli/ August Extrakosten .

Très bien situé avec vue magnifique !

Village vacance très très bien entretenu et agréable à vivre. Logement avec vue imprenable sur la mer et la côte. Piscine très fraîche fin septembre. Communication parfaite avec l'agence sur place. Mobilier et décoration un peu ancien mais la situation géographique et le panorama valent le détour. Je recommande vivement.

Ritorno a casa

Sono molti anni ormai che trascorro insieme alla mia famiglia le vacanze in questo magnifico villaggio e, poiché ho sempre preferito lo stesso appartamento mi sembra ogni volta quasi di tornare a casa. Infatti vi trovo la stessa comodità e confort, sempre tutto in ordine, perfettamente pulito e attrezzato di tutto quello che occorre alla mia famiglia. Il giardino e la piscina poi sono sempre perfettamente curati ed è tutto sempre molto in ordine. La vista mare poi è fantastica .

Schöne Anlage, toller Blick

Die Anlage war sehr schön gelegen und schön gestaltet. Der Blick war sensationell. Das Mobiliar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, und die Küchenausstattung hätte etwas besser sein können. Insgesamt haben wir uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ritorno a casa

Sono molti anni ormai che trascorro insieme alla mia famiglia le vacanze in questo magnifico villaggio e, poiché ho sempre preferito lo stesso appartamento mi sembra ogni volta quasi di tornare a casa. Infatti vi trovo la stessa comodità e confort, sempre tutto in ordine, perfettamente pulito e attrezzato di tutto quello che occorre alla mia famiglia. Depuis notre dernier séjour en 2018, le règlement d’ordre intérieur n’est plus respecté (piscine fermée de 13h à 16h pour le calme de la résidence) Les enfants crient toute la journée… c’est dommage!

La résidence est calme et très bien entretenue, le jardin est magnifique. La piscine est un vrai plus et est assez peu fréquentée. L'appartement est spacieux et bénéficie d'une très belle vue sur mer. La situation est idéale, tout est accessible en 10-15min à pieds (supérette, restaurants, glacier, plage, port...) et Olbia est à 15min en voiture.

Fabelhafte Unterkunft

Es ist inklusive Geschirrspüler alles in der Wohnung vorhanden was man braucht. Garten und Pool sehr gepflegt! Jeden Tag werden Pool und Liegen gereinigt.

Traumhaft

Eine herrlich Anlage, Top gepflegt und sehr freundliches Personal. Saubere großzügige Zimmer und ein schattiger Parkplatz. Zum Strand und zum Einkaufen auch nicht weit. Der Pool ausreichend groß und meine Kinder haben den Bereich geliebt wo sie im Pool stehen konnten. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!
