For shared use: well-kept garden with lawn and flowers, swimming pool (100 m2, depth 50 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 15.Oct. pool opening hours: 09:00-13:00 and 16:00-19:30). Outdoor shower, tennis. In the complex: WiFi, washing machine (for shared use). Roofed, parking on the premises. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 400 m, bus stop 600 m, sandy beach 1 km. Nearby attractions: San Teodoro 16 km, Olbia Aeroporto/Porto 13 km, Porto Cervo 43 km. Please note: car recommended. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome Olbia in Via Mestre 11, 12 km. Services included: WI-FI in common areas, access to the swimming pool, use of the tennis court (Tennis court will be availabe till oct. 2023). Please note: BBQ is not allowed. Bonne location

L’emplacement est bien avec une jolie vue et au calme. Par contre il manque des ustensiles de cuisine, de la vaisselle et un micro onde. Il serait bien aussi de pouvoir profiter de la piscine toute la journée.

Villaggio stupendo e molto curato nei dettagli, giardino piscina e aree esterne comuni molto belle pulite e piacevoli. appartamento non all’altezza delle aspettative in un villaggio cosi bello e per il prezzo pagato. risultava essere molto piccolo persino per solo due adulti e una bimba di sei anni. Pulizia insufficiente, addirittura una notte ci siamo ritrovati con il letto pieno di formiche. Cucina molto vecchia e molto poco fornita con stoviglie brutte e rovinate. Divano letto da buttare.

Siamo ritornati volentieri nella stessa struttura dell’anno scorso,location curata esteticamente con ottima posizione,molto pulita. Mi permetto di dare un consiglio come spunto di miglioramento: manca la presenza di un MICROONDE anche perché non vi è neanche il forno classico,in una casa vacanze dove tendenzialmente si cucina poco lo ritengo un elemento essenziale,inoltre angiungerei qualche stoviglia.Inoltre consiglierei di inserire cuscini da letto più alti (quelli presenti erano inesistenti)
