Very pleased with accommodations

The accommodations were great, location was excellent. Traveling up and down 3 flights of stairs with luggage was a little taxing, but overall everything was good.

It wasn’t the best

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable, the master bathroom was very tiny and the shower leaked water in the floor, also as we were cleaning and sweeping, we could tell no one had swept under large items…the worst part was climbing 3 flights with our luggage and my husband, his brother are heart attack patients and my sister-in-law just had open heart surgery in April. There’s no washer or dryer in the rooms and I also think the linens should be provided…

Never again

Toilet seat in main bathroom was completely broke upon arrival. Cleaning lady told me guest before us broke living room table so we didn’t have that. Electric in bedroom bathroom didn’t work upon arrival so 7 of us had to use the bathroom in the dark the first 36hrs. The bed was was sinking in in the middle, and made the loudest noise when sitting on it. Everytime my wife and I sat down we waiting to collapse in. Ac leaked onto the porch keeping the carpet soaked the entire time. The lady we rented from was very nice and got toilet and electric fixed the next day. But for $2000 I thought maybe she would offer some compensation back. Would not ever stay in this unit again

This was a problem tenant who we will never rent to again. Tried to access unit prior to check-in time by accosting our cleaning people. All complaints were investigated timely and discovered that the breaker was tripped (after he moved in) which caused the electrical complaint. Mattress & Boxsprings are new and I was told that tenant was severly obese which most likely caused the noise he complained of. This probably contributed to his complaint about the toilet seat issue. AC does not leak - there is normal condensation on the porch from AC usage. We have maintenance staff who check for issues such as this weekly. Our staff takes pictures after each departure and we document the condition of our unit weekly. Finally, we later discovered that this person has rented from several other owners in our complex and has a horrible reputation for nonsensical complaints. (Previous tenants in the weeks before gave glowing reviews and had none of this issues that this tenant reported).
