Place was very clean, perfect location near pier and many dining choices. I am a single 53 year old man and the condo was great but it would also be a great choice for families as well. Having two separate bathrooms is nice feature for families. Balcony view to Ocean was nice. There was literally a bar and grill across the street which was good and had live music being played by artist.
