Good: - Location - Fully equipped - Clean Bad: - The apartment and the whole building feel like a time trip back to the 70's, with no substantial renovation ever made since. Both the apartment and the building don't meet today's needs and standards, an upgrade is urgently needed. - Isolation is insufficient (like in the 70's). We turned the heating to the max, but the apartment still felt cold and uncomfortable. In view of the above, the rental price is clearly too high.

Séjour plaisant dans ce logement à l'espace agréable situé à mi chemin de Crans et de Montana. Apaisante et exceptionnelle vue panoramique au bord du lac Grenon. La cuisine mériterait d'être rénovée, plan de travail difficile à nettoyer, interstices entre les catelles et armoires poisseuses. Logement poussiéreux trouvé à notre arrivée ! Lunette des WC a semble-t-il bien vécu (L)...à changer. Confort d'une salle de bain bien chauffée, très appréciable.

Jolie vue, bien située, accès facile. C’est propre mais très défraîchi.: le tissus et les coussins du canapé lit sont tachés, Des petits tapis partout au sol y compris salle de bains en bons gros poils synthétiques. Cuisine : la Nespresso machonne les dosettes de temps. Qu’en aux tableaux en noir et blanc accrochés aux murs... Vu le thème récurrent : c’est pas leur place. Redonner du peps est urgent

1- En hiver absolument un chauffage électrique pour la chambre a coucher 2- un double des couvertures et oreiller 3- un toster adéquate 4-Des assiettes à soupe 5- Essorage salades ou legumes 6- Une deuxième nappe pour la table dans la salle a manger 7-Explications pour la TV et les numero des chaînes. Nieuwjaar 2024

Het appartement is erg ruim voor 2 personen . Heel goede ligging en mooi uitzicht , vooral in de winter met de vele lichtjes en de sfeer . De keuken is echt oud aan vervanging toe, is niet meer netjes en de verlichting is ook een probleem (een eenvoudig hallogeen staanlamp zou al veel aangenamer zijn . Maar we hebben zeker een mooie vakantie gehad op het appartement .

Vue et emplacement super pour le ski comme la balade. En revanche les équipements de l'appartement sont en bout de course. La déco est beaucoup trop prononcée, limite choquante. Les oreillers sont à changer. Pour ce prix, il n'y avait ni serviette pour la piscine, ni welcome pack avec 1 sachet de the, café,... (il restait un vœux savon dans un placard), un seul trousseau de clés. La piscine est trop froide, impossible d'y rester.

Retrouvé l'appartement avec plaisir (même si l'ascenseur était en panne à l'arrivée : 64 marches pour monter les bagages). Il y a enfin l'internet. Un grand merci. Un peu de nouvelle vaisselle. Pourriez-vous envisager le placement d'une barre de douche afin de pouvoir prendre une douche debout sans avoir à tenir le pommeau d'une main ? Bon séjour malgré les 10 jours sans ascenseur.

Das App. ist von der Lage her ideal. Es ist aber von der Ausstattung her veraltet, ungepflegt und gemacht für Zwerge (Lampen, Bettlänge) Elektrische Einrichtung inkl. Küche unzulänglich. Zuwenig sauber. Details befinden sich in der Filiale Montana
