Great two floor apartment with excellent views of Eiffel Tower and Church of Saint-Eustache - an amazing 17th century cathedral. Location is within walking distance to many sites- well worth staying there.

A truly lovely flat with an amazing view. Very well located and helpful and responsive hosts. Was perfect size for our family of 3. Lots of stairs but the view is worth it. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Arthur is a friendly, responsive host. The apartment is very cool, well appointed. Perfect for the five of us. It was a bit hot upstairs even with air conditioning, but it was 35 or 36 degrees everyday! In normal weather it would be great.

The property is in a fantastic location with plenty of dining and shopping. The rooms were clean and had good A/C units to keep us cool. Communication with the host was easy. The view from the terrace was amazing as well.

Great Stay

We stayed as 2 couples to see the Olympics. Great Neighborhood with lots of restaurants bars. The apartment worked well for us with lots of space. Our hosts were great - very easy to communicate with and addressed all our questions immediately.

The apartment is fantastic and very much as described. The balcony sitting area with a view of the Eiffel Tower was very special. The neighborhood is very fun and easy to get around to pretty much anywhere quickly. The apartment was very clean and nice and the host was extremely nice and helpful; would definitely stay here again.

The location is amazing! Right in the heart of everything with easy access to all of Paris by foot or metro. Yet, astonishingly it is very quiet in the apartment and even out on the terrace, which was a very pleasant space to take an afternoon break and an evening viewing of the Eiffel Tower’s hourly sparkle show. The stairs between the unit’s first floor (bedrooms and bathrooms) and top floor (kitchen, living space) are steep, but nothing out of the ordinary for a classic Parisian apartment. Us and our 3 kids aged 9 to 13 had a comfortable and memorable stay here. Would stay again!

Perfect location

The location was perfect! We loved the charm of the flat. It was well equipped with air conditioning in every room. The stairs were a challenge but worth the view at the top with the terrace. Owners were very responsive and even let us check in early on our arrival. Would definitely recommend.

Great balcony and cute place

Good location and we had a great stay. It is a beautiful place with a lot of charm. The layout was very cozy, it worked well for 2 couples. One item to note is that there’s a lot of stairs to get up there, so carrying up 4 large bags (plus others for bulky ski equipment) was tough.

We loved this super charming rooftop lil yacht cottage overlooking Paris. This apartment is well designed and maintained with the most lovely garden rooftop view of the city. Great hosts and unique penthouse!!

Quiet convenient Paris

Paris requires mobility, so you will appreciate this 5th floor apartment and unique views which are worth the stair climb. Space is ideal for 3-4, but tight for more. The apartment has a charm and character derived from its history and age. The owners are extremely helpful and responsive.

Paris Paradise!

Arthur was an incredible host with great recommendations and expert communication. The home: well kept. Welcoming. Incredible views.The location: neighborhood was perfect. Can walk to local metro and connect anywhere quickly. Never really have to leave though as the street it’s on has everything you need!Our party: 2x 36year olds, 1x 62year old, 2x 10year olds. The older and younger of our crew did fine, but they had to work a little harder at first to manage the stairs to the home. Once we walked for a couple days, we all were in better shape for it.

This beautiful duplex apartment was charming and comfortable. The hosts clearly went to a great deal of effort to make sure that all would go well. It was clean and well-furnished, and the views of the Eiffel Tower could not be beat! The neighborhood is charming and full of great places to eat and shop. The bedrooms were clean and there was enough air conditioning to keep it cool despite the high summer temperature. I highly recommend this property for anyone who wants to get a true Parisian experience.
