For shared use: property 2'500 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, lawn for sunbathing, beautiful garden to relax. Private beach, garden furniture, barbecue, bathing jetty. In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use), heating available only from 15.Sep. - 30.Apr.. 200 m long narrow motor access to the house. Parking. Grocery 300 m, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 300 m, bus stop 750 m, pebble beach "Osteno" 700 m, grass beach "Porlezza" 6 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km, indoor swimming pool 6 km. Oktober in Osteno

Die Wohnung hat eine ruhige Top-Lage im Dorf. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist grandios. Abends kann man ein Getränk in der Bar am Hafen in typisch italienischer Atmosphäre genießen. Leider hatten wir nur 4 Tage um die Gegend zu erkunden. Wir kommen gerne noch einmal zurück.

Great location. Poor property maintenance.

Great location but hard to find. Arrived and the property manager let us in ( no English ). Dishwasher full of previous tenants dishes, bed unmade and kitchen sink completely blocked up. We were given linen to make up the “ king “ bed which was 2 single beds ( including bed frames ) pushed together so there was always a gap between the mattresses and the fitted sheets ere for separate single beds. We advised the manager via a translation app that the sink was blocked and a plumber needed to be called. We were staying for 4 nights Monday to Friday and, surprise, surprise, the “ plumber “ could apparently not turn up until Friday, at the earliest. Such a shame these easy to rectify problems detracted from a beautifully located, tranquil property.

Angenehme Wohnung mit wundervollem Garten

Vom wunderschönen Garten aus direkt ins Wasser! In der Wohnung alles, was man braucht, bequemes Bett! Einrichtung: junger, heller, schlichter Stil. Ab Oktober keine Sonne mehr an der Seeseite des Hauses, im Garten aber noch stundenweise. Ruhiges Dorf mit Café-Bar und gut sortiertem kleinen Laden. Schönes Hinterland zum Wandern, mit Menschen nur angenehme Begegnungen gehabt.

Tolle Wohnung, ruhig und direkt am See

Die Wohnung hat direkten Blick zum See, auch mit einem kleinen Balkon. Sehr schon modernisiert und komplett ausgestattet, auch in der Küche fehlt nichts. Der große Garten lädt ein zum Sonnenbaden. Absolut ruhige Lage, kein Durchgangsverkehr. Alles Notwendige ist am Ort - Bistro/Pizzeriea/Gelateria, kleiner Lebensmittelmarkt. Abseits vom Rummel, ideal, wer Erholung sucht. Sehr nette Leute im Ort, freundliche Atmosphäre.

Erholung pur

Angekommen bei schönstem Wetter haben wir die voll ausgestattete und saubere Wohnung bezogen und konnten uns auf den Urlaub freuen. Die Wohnung hat alles was benötigt wird. Spühlmaschine, Waschmaschine, genügend Geschirr, Töpfe und Schüsseln, sowie Gläser und Besteck. Kühlschrank mit üppigem Fassungsvermögen und Gefrierfach getrennt. Die Betten und Matratzen sind in einem guten Zustand und man kann getrost die saubere Bettwäsche nutzen. Auch das Handtuchset ist sehr nützlich. Der Blick auf den gegenüber liegenden Berg ist fantastisch. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen.
