Wonderful house and a great location. Only thing I think would make it even better is some tv’s in the bedrooms.

We had a wedding to attend and this house was perfect. It was only 15 minutes away from the venue. The lake view was beautiful. We wished we had more time to enjoy our time there.

Very nice and clean property with very friendly hosts. The house was as advertised and definitely felt like we were visiting our grandparents house for the weekend. We had 6 families (14 total people) and easily accommodated us without feeling like we were on top of each other. If you’re looking for a quiet house and neighborhood just outside of Wichita, I would recommend this place for you.

I'm glad I was able to speak with you to understand your review. So glad you enjoyed this return trip. We have kept the original toilets because they match all the other colored porcelain in the bathrooms... There is a raised toilet seat in the hall bath, grab bars and handrails to assist. Also, concerning the sofa you mentioned was difficult to get up from, we are planning to add more support to it. We do not want to get rid of it because it is still in good shape and it is the piece Grandma and Grandpa planned most of their decor around. I'm glad everything else was comfortable and accommodating.
