40 acres of peaceful views 7 short minutes from Andover and just 15 minutes from Wichita. Experience relaxing Sunsets with your feet on the sandy beach listening to the sound of the waterfall. Make memories spending time with family and friends outdoors or in.
The home includes three spacious living areas and amenities include a pool table, ping pong, golden-tee, exercise room, movie room, and office.
Outdoor activities include hiking, Fishing, Paddleboarding, Swimming, relaxing on a sand beach.
The two indoor pickleball courts are a separate facility on opposite end of property. They are available for $50 per 2hr block.

Awesome Place!

The Outdoor Oasis is the perfect place for a family get together or any other large party. The amenities were fantastic, and the kitchen and bedrooms had everything you need. All of the games on the inside kept everyone busy and the outdoor amenities were great. The waterfall at the pond is fantastic as well. We will definitely stay here again.

Very Relaxing weekend, Lots to do for entertainment, or just relaxing and enjoying the peace and quite. Great times & lasting memories were had by all. Enjoyed the water activities, and a few football games, while we were watching the races. No reason to go anywhere.

Family and friends getaway

We loved the property. So many things to do with lots of space to do it. Check in/check out was easy, everything was laid out with clear instructions, communication with the owner was so easy and they are amazing to work with. This stay was beyond fun and easy. The out of state family said the choice of house was perfect for their stay to come see us here.

Family time at oasis

Our family enjoyed a weekend at the oasis. The pond and paddle boards were a hit along with the pickleball courts. The pictures don't do this property justice. The pond at night with waterfall was very soothing -- soaker tub also soothing.

This was fabulous!! The pictures are great but the place is even better. We stayed with family ranging in ages from 4 - 80. Beautiful property, excellent spaces, rooms, bed availability, and activities. One of the best homes we've stayed at. Fishing was great. Little fish but lots of them, and they are eager to bite. Pickleball gym was amazing and kept kids and adults busy. Wish we had more time to stay and explore the property. Hosts were very accommodating and quick to communicate. No issues at all, overall a great weekend. We hope to stay again next year!

This place is just as described. Our family of ALL ages had the best time. 10 outta 10 would recommend. Great for a large group. The kids and adults loved the outdoor activities and the inside has a lot to offer as well. Pickleball as an added option was perfect for our family. If you don’t want to play there was plenty of seating to watch. The owners have thought of everything! Clean, plenty of seating, well stocked, great location. Will definitely being staying again.

Amanda was an excellent host. The house was clean and had an excellent entertainment area. We watched football on the three screen setup they had there. The bathrooms were beautiful. There was plenty of room. They advertise it as 13 people but that is a very comfortable 13. There is primarily 3 areas of privacy. I think 1 small family and 2 large families could comfortably stay here. Fridge microwave ice maker all worked great. There was a pool table and other games to use up the dead time. Outside the fountain on the lake and the hiking trails were magical. The grass was well maintained. The place is on dirt roads but the roads are well maintained. It rained several times while we were there and had no trouble coming and going. The place was very private and secluded but still within 10 minutes of restaurants and a dollar general and about 20 minutes back to east Wichita.
