Thanks for your visit Dustin and the good feedback. I would like to know how I could make your next visit a 5 star experience. I am very quick to reply to my guests so please do not hesitate to reach out on your next visit. Thanks again!
This was a fun experience! Honestly, once you get inside, you don’t notice that the space is small. It’s perfect for two people who need a place to crash in the evening. Property management was very quick to respond to any questions or requests. One tip, don’t turn off the air conditioner. If you get too cold, just turn it down a bit. We stayed in the storage container in July and it turned into an oven within minutes. I had completely forgotten that I was in a metal box.Ha!

Towels
They have white towels, like any other hotel or living quarters. Upon check I received pictures of towels and they said additional cleaning services were needed. Mind you it was not stained just regular wash which when you use bleach like you wash whites with it would be fine. Differently would not book through that management group again!!!
I needed to come to Houston to see family in the hospital. I wasn’t looking for a resort or anything extravagant. This recycled freight was just what I needed. It’s small but the owners make the most of the space. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is colorful and clean, the small outdoor balcony was a nice spot to eat a slice of pizza and have a beer, and the appliances — including a small fridge, microwave and coffeemaker — all came in handy. And the neighborhood was very quiet.

Multi Unit Property
After seeing the neighborhood, and the fact that the property was a converted home into a multi unit apartment project, I left without staying. I had major concerns for my personal property.
The room was okay. The area was a little scary thankfully we were able to park inside the lot. I was a little concerned about the safety but we only stayed for a night. The whole shipping container felt damp as there was no circulation. Even with the AC on the sheets and floor felt wet like it had condensation on it.

Okay if you're getting it on cheaoer days
Not a terrible place to stay, we never received our check in code so had to call vrbo at 9 at night to get it. Place was just enough for two people but also needs better ventilation, the whole container was damp after a quick shower.
Neighborhood was nice and safe though, and all other tenants were quiet and respectful at night. Overall not the best but not the worst.
So the unit itself is nice. If you only have a couple of shirts/clothing items. Would recommend more for a solo person traveling. Unfortunately there was construction materials all outside in the patio area and it looked really really bad. It’s also facing another apartment or unit so that’s why they tell you to close the curtains at night time. I think had it not been for the construction my husband would have stayed but he was very disappointed so we ended up renting a hotel room. I did not request a refund, if it was just me I would have stayed but honestly the gate didn’t open to get onto the property so we just reached our hand over the rail to open it, and as stated there was so much construction material in front of the unit it was very unattractive. If I would have been made aware of that when I first booked a week prior I would have cancelled the reservation. They did not advise me until a few hours before check in.
We booked this property to be a unquie experience for our stay in Houston. It was so much smaller than the pictures make it look. It also looks much nicer in the pics, in real life it was very thrown together- in no way would I call this place "luxe". The unit itself was reasonably clean but the linens had dog hair and the bedding didn't seem like it was washed. The units are at the back of an house/ apartment complex so let go of any ideas of privacy because there are lights on and people out all the time. Additionally, they charge you if you use the plastic silverware provided in the (very) small kitchenette, $4 a utensil!! For the same price you can get a decent hotel room and you won't have to sleep with the unit shaking in the wind.
TLDR: Small, dirty, will nickel and dime you, and has no privacy.

Good option but could improve housekeeping
Stayed here with my partner for 2 nights. I will start with the pros there were many.Check in was easy and price was good, ,area was convenient. There are multiple hosts that made sure to reach out atleast twice a day which we liked. When we first entered it was humid as others have stated. There is an AC unit with a remote that cooled the room down within 10 mins. Sheets were clean, towels were clean, but the floor and base boards were very dusty and there were crumbs etc sticking to my socks immediately, the curtains had brown stains on them as if they had gotten wet and dried. Appears like the house keeping does a very general cleaning. We had a lot of plans so didn’t spend a lot of timein the room other than sleeping. I noticed some brown spots on the walls but figured it might have been stains. On our last night as we were packing our bags I looked at the ceiling and noticed the same stains up there. I get a closer look at the ones on the wall and they appear to be mold. They are in multiple spots in the home. The vent in the bathroom does not work so this could contribute to this. The sliding door does not have a lock on it. Yes we were on the second level but that still made us uneasy. When we woke up on the second day we went on the balcony and the person under us asked if we knew anything about his bikes that were stolen the day before. We did not. He also mentioned someone’s car being unlocked and items taken from the trunk. So Safety would say is shakey
If you’re looking for a cute tiny place to stay with yourself, partner or pet- this is the place! Very close to downtown and the metro. Close to the Houston attractions as well! Totally safe neighborhood to park my car on the street. The host is super nice and helpful with anything.
The property was very clean and just as advertised. Communication was great and host left very detailed instructions. The neighborhood is a safe area and parking was not a problem. There was a mini-fridge, coffee and coffee maker, ironing board, hair dryer, hangers and a place to hang clothes, a mirror that lit up, makeup wipes were even provided! My favorite part was the water cooler that was there. Great touch!
Someone else had left a comment about the humidity but it wasn’t an issue for us and it was very humid outside. The a/c works really well.
It’s like a remodeled shipping container. And even though it’s a small space it really doesn’t feel like it. It has everything you need in one spot and the bathroom is a nice size. Shower was big and roomy.
The stair case going up is slippery and winding and very narrow so just be careful on that part!
For the price a lovely little space. Very nice perfect for single stay or a couple.
