Cozy stay in Cape Canaveral

This was great for my family of 3. We enjoyed visiting Kennedy Space Center and the local restaurants. It's got what you need! Just needed a clean, safe place to sleep and go back out to explore! Nice beaches nearby, too!

Nice, simple condo

Nothing fancy, but it is a nice, simple condo that is not too far from the beach in Cape Canaveral. The condo was very clean and had everything I needed. The bed is a little firm but comfortable. The shower is very nice, lots of water pressure and plenty of hot water. The electronic deadbolt is nice, no need to carry a key around. It is a fairly short walk to the beach (maybe about 4 blocks). If you are into watching rocket launches, the beach here is a good place to watch a launch (and especially a booster landing, if it's a SpaceX Falcon 9/Falcon Heavy launch with a return to launch site landing). I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

Lightning fast communication! Easy in and out with the keypad lock. Lots of extra toiletries and kitchen supplies. There is a crock pot and a toaster. There was even a tea pot. There is a wall unit air conditioner in the room with the sofa/futon and a fan to move the air around the unit. I don’t think you could get it super cold if you like that sort of thing. It is on the second floor so there is one flight of stairs to climb. The washer and dryer are out in a building behind a complex and it is $1.50 in quarters for each cycle. There are beach chairs, beach umbrellas and a cooler and beach towels. And there are plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Along with the extra toiletries there were also lots of cleaning supplies. If you are looking for the Ritz, this isn’t it. It is dated and needs work cosmetically, but it is very clean. The walls are thin but the fan drowned out everything. The complex was quiet with a mix of friendly retired residents and people staying working on base. The courtyard has some beautiful plants and trees although a little overgrown in spots. The iron worked well. Overall a great stay for the price.
