Perfect location for a beach day. Private but close to the pier. Nice king beds. Parking was only for one vehicle though so we had to find an alternate paid parking spot for our other car.

This place was perfect! Beds and bedrooms are huge. Kitchen and bathroom are beautiful. Previous guests have left all kinds of gifts in the bathroom and kitchen- salt and pepper, paper towels, shampoo... And one closet is full of beach towels and beach chairs! I loved being right on the water in such a beautiful condo.

Beautiful beach vacation

We stayed here for a few days to visit the beach and the Kennedy Space Center. Check-in was easy and the condo was clean and well stocked.It was a block away from the beach, an easy walk for our young kids. The on-site coin laundry was convenient, but we should have gotten quarters from the bank before it closed for the weekend!10/10 would stay again

Breathtaking ocean views. This unit is situated in a very quiet, quaint two story old Florida building. Having completely remodeled this gem, our favorite feature is still that you will be only steps to the beach. Intimacy with the shore like no other building in the area.

What makes this property unique

This building is the most intimate with the shore. Just steps to the sand, you are able to make your favorite hot beverage and enjoy Cocoa Beach's most famous sunrises. Walking distance to Cocoa Beach Pier. Spectacular vantage point for rocket launches and daily exposure to cruise ships leaving Cape Canaveral Port just 2 miles away.
