Head to the exercise center then indulge in complimentary DVD rentals while relaxing in the late afternoon. Take a dip and unwind in the outdoor hot tub, sauna, or steam room. SunDestin Beach Resort boasts 3,000 s.f. of meeting space, with the ballroom accommodating up to 120, making it ideal to host large professional or personal functions. Should any questions arise during your stay, our cordial and knowledgeable Scenic Stays team will be available via our 24-hour on-site front desk.



SunDestin Unit 0508 is a cheerful one bedroom, one and one half bathroom condo accommodating up to four. Enjoy gazing at sunrises and sunsets from the cozy living/dining area in this open-concept living space. You’ll find the kitchen fully stocked with an abundance of cupboard and counter space, perfect for serving and preparing meals. Casually savor snacks at the bar, with seating for four. Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

We took a girls vacation and had a fabulous time. The condo is comfortable with a full view of the beach from the balcony. The condo was ready when we arrived in town. Checking in was easy and quick. Check out was literally a click on the website. The sand was beautiful and so fine with such clear water. We were lucky to have perfect weather. It was a wonderful stay.

Girls Get Away

We had a few friends get away for a vacation to Destin, FL. We had a fabulous time and enjoyed the condo. This property was easy to register upon arrival and departure. The condo was comfortable and had a full ocean view. We sat on the balcony when not on the beach. Wonderful trip!

Our condo was very nice and clean and the location to the beach was so close. The view of the ocean from the balcony was beautiful to the ears and amazing on the eyes. Upon check in, I wish the staff would have explained more thoroughly about how to use the keyless entry, rather than just hand you an envelope that had a picture inside of entering a card into the door. I wish they would have told me to push the pad, wait for it to light up, then plug in my code number, but instead the keypad kept defaulting to the number five until another guest advised me on how to open the door. The people at the shop inside the complex were very friendly and had everything available that one could need. Other than that, everything was excellent!!

Floors were warped and moved when walked on. Half bathroom door leading to the bedroom would not close all the way and the toilet seat wouldn't stay up for a male to urinate. The bathrooms in general need a bit of refreshing. One of the closet doors was off the hinge and resting on the other door. The kitchen light was very dim. The view from the balcony and the look of the kitchen were the best features of the condo.

We enjoyed our visit. With the continuing remodel of the facility, we had to tell the front desk almost every day that trash was being dumped on our floor in front of the elevators. With the heat, the smell was atrocious! They were quick to remove the garbage at the end of the day, but it was there to greet us the next day. This continued all week. You would think that there would be some way to alleviate this problem. Also, the noise level of those in rooms above us was on the extreme. I know that there is no way to rectify that, but when trying to relax on your vacation, it makes it more difficult. I would suggest bringing your own beach tent and chairs when visiting (unless you plan to purchase rentals). The beach is INCREDIBLE!!!

Everything was great except…

We enjoyed our stay away from home, however, we did have a few issues. With the ongoing remodeling, we stayed on the 5th floor and there was trash piling up in the hallway on the way from our condo to the elevators. After being in the heat all day, the smell was horrific! There was no way around it. Yes, I went to tell the front desk about it for the first three days of our stay. It was removed after my complaint, but we were welcomed with it again the next day (an unending battle). The noise above us left little relaxation in the afternoons. Also, there was one of the umbrella boys (working the resort beach) that couldn’t have been any more rude to us. The stay was comfortable and lacked nothing!

Had it all!

This was a very nice condo & if I ever stay at Sunsdestin again, I would definitely stay in this condo! I loved how dark the room stayed in the morning (even the living room would stay dark if the curtains were closed.) The condo itself was super clean and “fresh”.

Not pleasant

The king mattress was AWFUL!! It was like sleeping on a water bed. The skillets were terrible! Everything stuck! Had to go buy coffee cups because they were so small!! Everything was glass! Couch and love seat looked dirty! No place to store luggage and the closet was almost nonexistent!

Great place to stay, helpful staff

Good: The staff was all very nice. We liked that we were able to bring our Easy-Up tent to put on the beach. There were a lot of places to hang wet towels and clothes. The view in this particular unit was awesome. The condition of the furniture, etc was good. It was nice to have 1.5 baths that were separated by a door. The water in the shower was nice and hot. The shop downstairs had just about everything and the staff was very helpful. It was nice to have a laundry on each floor. We had one small maintenance issue and they came very fast. Needs improvement: The walls were very thin. We could hear everything going on in the unit above us. The air conditioning was not great. We ended up purchasing a fan at Walmart to keep in the bedroom. The refridgerator was not super cold. It kept the food cold enough, but it could have been better. It would have been nice to have instructions or some kind of information in the room. We had a lot of questions about different things that we kept having to ask the staff (they were helpful). The outdoor bar was closed because it was too hot (which is really when you need it to be open) so we had to keep going inside for drinks. The washer and dryer eat coins. It would be nice to digitize those so people could pay using a credit card and see when their clothes are ready or there is an available appliance. Bottom line: We would definitely stay here again!
