We had an amazing trip. Bob was very responsive and the property was beautiful. View was great, amenities were great. End of October is a beautiful time to visit Destin. Low crowds and still nice and warm. We had a wonderful time and will be back.

The guest's criticism is valid but was caused by a technical change by VRBO regarding how our unit was displayed and listed by the portal. We contacted VRBO immediately after the guest reported the error in the listing and it has been corrected.

The host was very easy to work with and on top of communication m. The condo had a musty / wet smell that remained strong the duration of the trip. It appeared maybe some water damage in the kitchen based on the stains on the baseboards. The TV on the upper bunk bed would not connect to WiFi (not a big deal to parents, disappointing to a kid). The condo was comfortable but the smell was a big downfall.

We had a great time on our Destin vacation. The location of the condo was great, so many things to do near by, very family-oriented. The condo was clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing, we saw dolphins every day. The resort was so fun and the beach was the best! The host was great and very responsive. We will definitely stay here again and were sad to leave!
