Parking in the main lot may be limited, especially after hours. Each one- and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

This family-friendly condo features a newly renovated outdoor pool, a seasonally heated indoor pool, as well as an outdoor hot tub. Exercise in the fitness room, grab a souvenir or a coffee from the gift shop, or rent a complimentary DVD for a family movie night. The spacious conference room is the ideal accommodation for your next event or meeting. Additional seasonal amenities includean outdoor tiki bar, as well as beach chair and umbrella rentals (fee).

There is seating for six guests at the kitchen breakfast bar, as well. Step into the spacious living room featuring a large mounted flat-screen television and DVD player, along with a comfortable couch and two chairs, ideal for relaxing with your loved ones for a movie night after a long day of soaking up the sun on the beach.



Sweeping panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico welcome you from the living room and balcony, with seating for four. Sip on your morning coffee while listening to the tranquil sounds of the waves in the morning and experience an unforgettable view of the sun setting over the Gulf of Mexico in the evening. This lovely one-bedroom, ninth-floor vacation rental offers cozy sleeping options for up to six people with a large king bed in the master bedroom, a twin bunk bed nestled in the hallway, along with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
