Fully equipped new kitchen with quartz waterfall countertops and gas cook-top. Off the kitchen is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Bathrooms are newly updated with tiled showers. Two bedrooms include french doors to the pool/lanai area with barbecue grill and separate seating and dining areas. Newly resurfaced pool with custom travertine pavers. Located on quiet cul-de-sac with direct access to Marco River and the Gulf of Mexico. Golf, beaches, water sports and fine dining are all 5-10 minutes away by car.
