For shared use: swimming pool fenced (6 x 12 m, depth 130 - 230 cm, seasonal availability: 12.Apr. - 01.Nov.). Table tennis, barbecue. In the house: central heating system, heating to be paid on the spot, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 15.Apr.. Motor access to the house (600 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. The bedroom on the ground floor has a window high on the wall. The upper floor is a mezzanine (6 steps). Friendly hosting

Great place to spend relaxing time with family and friends or base for sideseeing the Tuscany neighbourhood. Nice farm surrounded with wineyeards and olive trees. Clean and well-equiped swimming pool. Plus, very friendly and helpful owner, offering very good wine and olive oil.

Très bien, mais quelques améliorations à faire

Très bel endroit très tranquille. Accès pas très facile avec un bus et appartement pas recommandé aux personnes ayant de la difficulté à marcher. (pente raide pour arriver à l'appartement) Pas d'armoire dans toutes les chambres et pas de cintres dans les armoires existantes !! Mais quelle tranquillité. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour.

Belle maison Toscane Confortable et bien située pour visiter Sienne ,FLorence ,San Gimignano...... Le propriétaire est très accueillant et toujours prêt à rendre service.Il produit un très bon vin ainsi que de l'excellente huile d'olive
