Near trails, parks, lightrail train and downtown! Homebase for your Denver visit. This single story, Mid-Century modern home with 1950’s charm, includes a dual-sided wood burning fireplace, open kitchen w/large dining room, large pet friendly fenced-in yard and covered patio w/firepit and gas outdoor grill.

Relax in the amazing backyard or take a short walk or drive to some of the best food spots in the area.

The Location- It's close enough to downtown, yet has that calm neighborhood feel. The highway is easily accessible and will get you to the Tech Center or Downtown and up the mountains faster than locations within Denver's dense neighborhoods. The area offers two grocery stores, nearby shopping centers, local restaurants/breweries, parks and gyms.

The Property- Free parking in the driveway and street. It's dog-friendly with a completely fenced yard. Sorry, no cats. Before booking, please tell me about your dog(s) breed, weight, and age. As much as I love guest dogs, they do have an impact to home and yard so there is a pet fee associated with each booking.

Other things to note - This location is available for longer stays and subject to a lease and terms of lease, including deposit, and pet deposit if applicable. The stay is only for the term indicated. Guests ID verification is required.

Pet rules apply: Please be sure to pick up after your pets including waste. No pets, dogs allowed on the furniture or in the beds. Excessive fur found in bedding or on furniture will incure additional cleaning cost. Seasonal landscaping and weed management does occur on the property, which may limit access to the yard during those times.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Beds & Towels: -Please leave beds unmade. Place any used throw blankets or extra pillows on top of the bed, to signal they are used. -Used towels: place in bathtub.
Dishes & Food: - Load all used dishes in dishwasher. Detergent Pods are located under the sink. Start wash cycle. - Please take or throw out any leftover food from the refrigerator and pantry.
Pet guests- please clean up after your dog. Bags are located in the pantry, and a scooper is located on the side of the house. Be sure to check for any toys before you go.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Never turn the thermostat off. Heat must remain at 57 degrees minimum when outside temperatures are expected to reach 50 degrees or below.
Please do not flush any wipes, even if labeled “flushable”. Don't flush feminine products and avoid flushing large quantities of paper all at once.
Don't leave active firepit/fireplace, children, pets unattended. Burn only firewood & fire starter material. Guests responsible for damage.

Cozy getaway

This house was perfect for a family get together! We enjoyed the lovely back yard, watching movies in the den, and cooking in the well stocked kitchen. It has everything you need! Family Christmas Gathering

Perfect house as our point of 'gathering' for our Christmas. We wanted a "home" to celebrate the holidays, a table larger enough for all of us - those who lived in Denver and those of us coming from out of state. Plus our pups! Peaceful paradise

The home was beautiful with big windows that we watched the rain fall. The beds were comfortable and inviting. We stayed in this home for over a week and it suited my husband, myself and our 12-year old corgi dog just perfectly!The large, private backyard is FANTASTIC for dogs and for enjoying quiet relaxation outside. The neighborhood is great!It is very quiet and we felt safe and comfortable. And the places we needed to go to were easy-to-find and located nearby off Colorado Blvd. We may be back in the area again in around three months, and this will be our first choice for a VRBO home in which to stay.The owner is very quick to respond back if you message her. Otherwise you are not disturbed by her. The rules of the house are easy to adhere to. We had a very comfortable stay here!

I loved this house ... it is well-equipped and comfortable. The location is convenient to downtown and places I needed to go. The neighborhood was quiet and safe for walking my dog and the High Line Canal trail was easily accessible. I did some cooking when I was there and found the kitchen had anything I needed. Bed was comfortable, house was clean and the backyard was fantastic! I look forward to staying here again ...

Wonderful Pet Friendly Home in Denver Tech

We were delighted with this pet friendly home. The home is clean, well organized, in a great location, and provided all the needed amenities. We walked the neighborhood and felt safe. The RTD light rail is within easy walking distance. We took the RTD into Denver and thoroughly enjoyed the ride. The James A. Bible Park is nearby. The park has lovely walking paths.

Our family of 5 stayed for a week and appreciated the personal space vs a hotel. Everything was clean and fully equipped kitchen was ready to use. Our dog loved the fenced yard and we were right near the highway. The back bedroom tended to be hotter so the floor fan helped. Thank you!

This property has all the charm of a classic Denver mid-century home and is suitable for pets and children. It's an excellent open concept chef's kitchen (fully stocked) and outdoor patio space connected by dual sliding glass doors. It's a single story ranch home, meaning no staircases to climb with you luggage!
Parking is FREE with no designated street sweeping days or worries about parking ticket/tow away zones as a result. Driveway parking is also available.

What makes this property unique

This property in located within walking/bike riding distance of the Denver trail system and the RTD Yale transit (bus and train) station. Many shops and unique restaurants are also located within walking/riding distance. Downtown Denver is a short 10-15 min drive.
