Place was as advertised. Definitely a place to stay on your next trip to Denver. Not in downtown but reasonable to get to wherever you needed to be. Clean place and was even pet friendly.

The property is located close to downtown Denver and central to areas around town. The house was perfect for multiple families as each bedroom has its own bathroom and TV. There areMultiple areas in the house to gather and entertain everyone during the stay. The backyard is relaxing. Overall, the house was beautifully maintained, communication with the owner was perfect, and the stay was great.

Very clean home. Looks newly remodeled. Did a great job! Love the layout and there is a bathroom for every bedroom . It has anything you could need. Would definitely stay again ! The owner is great with communication!

Very clean with lots of space for three couples. Every bedroom has a bathroom, but some bathrooms are very tight. It's a trade off with space & I thought worth it. Lots of fun game spaces. The kitchen could use a larger frying pan. We could only find one 6" frying pan. Lots of other pots. We enjoyed sitting outside in the shade - big backyard.

Overall an okay house for the cost. While it is well staffed in the kitchen it lacked a lot of small needed items (soap / trash bags/ coffee) Structurally this house runs hot at the top and super cold at the bottom - Recommend some fans to circulate air - also location was odd but close enough to downtown. Overall, we didn’t think the cost is appropriate to what the house offers
