Beautiful property!

We enjoyed this beautiful property and the location. The only negative is that there wasn't any toilet paper or paper towels in the house which was strange considering it sleeps and we had 16 people staying there!

Clemson Tigers Family Stay

Beautiful property, large spacious lake front home with lots of room for our family of 9 to relax in. Everyone had a blast playing ping pong and air hockey. Amazing screened in porch area.

Beautiful Home

Beautiful home, great location on the lake. Outstanding for large groups/multifamily. Elderly guests with mobility issues struggled with no railing on steps down from driveway down to the front door and did not attempt steep walk to the boat slip. Overall a great property and would rent again.

Perfect clean fun lake home, fun 4 everyone

Second time staying on this lake and first time at this house and I’d rent this house again in a heart beat. It’s newer and in a nice community that is close by to a go cart place, CVS, Mcds, etc. The views are panoramic from many windows. There were a couple of scuffs and cobwebs but overall a really awesome rental that felt like home away from home. Loved having access to the boating things and kayak. The outdoor lock code was finicky and required a couple of tries to secure it away but was lovely to have access to extra chairs and kayaks for family that stopped my during the day. We also rented a pontoon boat and it was cool to get to use the dock by the house, fun in the sun!

So so

We arrived on Saturday to three full garbage cans by the garage. Contacted the property manager on Monday, first business day. Was informed the garbage pick ups were on Monday and Thursday, she would see if they were still in the area, no update. Garbage truck arrived on Thursday, 5 days into our 7 day rental...no where to put garbage.

Beautiful House

We had a great family gathering at this house. Home is just as pictured and was very clean inside. The reason I didn’t rate cleanliness a 5 is because of exterior balconies and porches having quite a few spider webs. I highly recommend this house. Lots of room to escape and relax. One suggestion, the steps down to dock could use a handrail for those who could use one. Also boat lift is rusty and unsightly, and unusable for a pontoon boat. Kitchen was very well stocked. Beds are super comfy!

Perfect for our big family to relax

Thank you for a great weekend here! It was Ideal for our family, with the large kitchen/dining/living area, and plenty of rooms and nooks for everyone to do their own thing. Well-stocked with basic supplies, entertainment options, board games. The lake behind provided a number of activities including kayaking, canoeing, boating, etc. Host was responsive and warned us of the home wifi being down in the area due to a recent storm. We look forward to renting this house again in the future.

Big lake views and plenty of space!

We had a great stay - plenty of room for 3 families with teens to spread out and enjoy! Well stocked kitchen, plenty of linens, great outdoor space. Beds are comfortable. Only caution is if you have very young children or those that are unsteady on their feet, it is quite a few stairs down to the dock and can be uneven due to natural terrain - not a problem for our group, but something to consider if this would apply to your party.
