This spacious open concept home includes 5 private bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths and a huge deck with fantastic views. The views from the indoor and outdoor living spaces which overlook the water are simply breathtaking. This new construction property includes a private boat dock, pool table, basement bar and upscale game room. The house sits in a cove that is great for a multitude of water sports as well as fishing and swimming adventures. A two person kayak and paddle board are available to enjoy. Previous renters have commented on the wonderful neighborhood, beauty of the house, the amazing porch, incredible sunsets from the dock, spectacular views and its easy proximity to Clemson, shopping and restaurants. The house is beautiful and a perfect fit for 4 couples. We were visiting our daughters at Clemson and our stay was fantastic. The house has two large dining room tables which fit all of us. It was very well appointed and close to campus. Would definitely recommend!

The house was amazing. From the views of the lake to the “feel at home” ambiance of every room; we were so happy to be there. The layout of the kitchen and all its workspace made it a great place to prepare meals and the dining room and kitchen tables made it a great place to enjoy eating. It was very well stocked too. Bathrooms were clean and beautiful. All bedrooms were comfortable and clean. And what a fun lower level! The screened-in porch and outside seating was enjoyed each day. We appreciated the kayak and floats and sunsets on the dock were amazing. You have a great home and we so enjoyed our stay. We’d love to come back.

Our host was very helpful and quickly responded to any of our questions/needs.. The kitchen is supplied extremely well, it basically had everything we needed from pots & pans to serving dishes and plenty of silverware.. it’s a lovely house and was nice and clean for us except for the back screened in porch and deck area sure could use a good cleaning.. one thing that it’s lacking is the amount of bath towels and wash cloths.. we had to be washing those every day, in order for each of us to have a clean set each evening.. our whole family spent Christmas week here and it was the perfect amount of bedrooms and beds for 17 of us, there was even a pac’n’play for the youngest in the family. We did have to use the couch in the basement plus an air mattress, but it all worked out perfect for us..the children enjoyed all the games in the basement , plus we enjoyed the fire ring down close to the water several evenings with a cozy fire going.. we would certainly come back here again.. we can recommend it to anyone with a large group.. I should add that the walkway down to the dock should definitely be made more safe with railings all around.. only one side of the walkway has a railing and the dock has NO rails..

Great spot for an extended stay

All ages enjoyed our family vacation at this wonderful house. Plenty of options for sleeping arrangements, easy drive to Seneca or Clemson for activities, and hosts were amazing at responding to questions. Favorite house activities included exploring the lake and the multiple games of Golden Tee played daily. No one wanted to leave!

We loved all this house had to offer. The lake, paddle board, kayak, and just sitting on the dock for beautiful sunsets was great. Everyone enjoyed the fire pit, basement game room, loads of hangout space inside and out and the big kitchen eating areas. Would definitely come again.

Perfect house for a family tailgate weekend!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a short weekend with the game taking up most of our time. We would enjoy coming back in the summer months to enjoy the porches, and the lake.
