Ideally located just 400 meters from the main shopping street of Vias-Plage and approximately 500–600 meters from the beach, this charming air-conditioned 37 m² house is perfect for a holiday combining comfort, relaxation, and proximity to the sea. The property is located at the far end of the residence, in a quiet and family-friendly environment, within a secure gated residence.
On the ground floor, you will find an air-conditioned living area with a sofa bed, a convivial dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom, also on the ground floor, features a shower, washbasin, washing machine, and hairdryer, while the toilets are separate.
Upstairs, the house offers two air-conditioned bedrooms: one with a double bed (140 × 200 cm) and the second with two single beds (80 × 190 cm), ideal for children or friends.
👉 Each bedroom is equipped with duvets and pillows, and toilets are also available upstairs for added comfort.
A large sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space, if needed.
The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook just like at home, with a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, stovetop, and all the essentials required to prepare your meals. The property is equipped with fiber-optic Wi-Fi, ideal for remote work or streaming.
Outside, enjoy a large south-facing tiled terrace, offering peace and privacy. By plane: You can fly into Vias from Béziers Cap d'Agde airport. The airport is 5 kilometres from Vias town centre.
By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department.

During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Saturday to Saturday.
A security deposit of 300 € will be requested upon your arrival.
