The Mill House at Four Fillies Lodge

Four Fillies Lodge is an 81 acre private estate situated on the banks of bold Rick Creek and available for you to explore & enjoy with your family. Our newly renovated historical Mill House is a charming cottage that features light and airy farmhouse decor and a functioning water wheel. This is the perfect place to enjoy relaxation or adventurous activities such as fishing, hiking, caving, white water rafting, and so much more!

-1 queen bedroom one and bedroom two downstairs, two full beds in each bedroom upstairs
-1 full bathroom with a shower stocked with towels, washcloths, toilet paper, and hand soap
-Full kitchen stocked with dishware, glasses, silverware, cooking ware, toaster, microwave, Coffee maker (3 complimentary coffee pods)
-Dining table with seating for 8
-TV with a DVD and BlueRay player only are included in the cabin.
-Shampoo, conditioner, body wash not included
-Wifi available in cabin
-Daily housekeeping not included--cabin is cleaned between stays

After a day of hiking, fishing, and adventures around the estate and surounding areas, your family can relax and unwind while enjoying a meal cooked on the parkstyle charcoal grill (charcoal not included) and hang out by the fire pit (firewood not included but available for purchase).

Our Mill House is located right at the start of our property line on the road before our gate. Guests staying in the Mill House may have access to the rest of the estate past the gate. It starts at the dead end of Clyde Rule Street.8

    Great little WV gem!

    We had a great time staying at The Mill House. We were able to communicate all our needs with the owners (Carlin) and felt very comfortable and safe there. The kitchen is really well stocked. We all slept great and the area is very quiet. The whole set-up of the house next to the water was so relaxing. We enjoyed local pizza and then a cake from Sugar Mountain Bakery! Highly recommended for sweet treats! There is so much to do in the area. We went to Lost World Caverns and hiking another day. We also had a little issue with the kitchen sink, but management was very responsive and helped resolve the issue. If I am ever looking in the area, I would definitely stay here again.

    Mill House

    The mill house was a beautiful little house for our family of six. The modern farm house decor was very clean and comfortable. The view of the creek and water wheel was amazing.

    Great little home!

    We rented this house to meet friends for a weekend getaway, with the intention of mostly hanging around the house, cooking, and relaxing. The home was so clean and had great space for both couples and our children. The kitchen was well stocked. The house was decorated nicely and well maintained. We enjoyed sitting by the fire in the evening and making breakfast together in the morning. We’d absolutely stay here again!

    Great fun for the whole family

    The property was very fun. The mill house has great outdoor space and interesting indoor space highlighted by the kitchen with a huge window looking at the mill and river. Quiet little town away from all the hustle and bustle.
