Check into relaxation in this updated second-floor condo which sleeps six. A couch which converts to a sleeper sofa, rocker, recliner and accent chair in the living room keep you comfortable while watching the TV or looking out to the Gulf of Mexico. The cozy kitchen has all the appliances, utensils, basic pots, pans and dishes you need to enjoy your stay. Lining the kitchen is the bar area with seating for two. The adjacent dining table has seating for four. Step onto the private balcony with your cup of coffee and enjoy the sounds and views of the water. See it all from chairs on the balcony, whether you want to watch a game of sand volleyball or see the seabirds diving in the waves. Back inside, the master bedroom (BR1) has two queen-sized beds and attached upgraded bathroom with vanity and tub/shower. The second bedroom (BR2) has one queen-sized bed. All the bedding matches with quaint coastal designs. The second bathroom has a sink and tub/shower. Amenities include: TV, Wi-Fi, access to Charcoal BBQ pits and picnic areas, laundry facilities, 2 Boardwalks to the Beach, 2 Shared Community Pools. Located near downtown Port Aransas, you have easy access to the golf course, shopping, restaurants and entertainment

Family vacation

The booking for this property was real easy. We had a beachfront condo, the only bad thing was that the pier that led to the beach was literally under water and we had to walk a long way to get to another walk way to get to the beach other than that the property was great.

Overall, it was a nice stay. The beds were not very comfortable, and the sheets were not soft at all. But, for the price, I would say we got what we paid for.

Comfy and cozy place to stay with a quick walk to the beach and easy access to Old Town Port A restaurants and shopping. Management is responsive to issues and questions. Clean and comfortable furniture. Best suited to people intending to eat out or do minimal cooking. Uses communal washer/dryer so bring quarters and no ceiling fans, so a small portable fan for bedtime is useful.

Loved the view and overall quietness of the property. Only complaint I have is the chairs on the balcony left paint stuck to anyone who sat on them. Maybe a different type of chair would be better in the salt air. Other than that, we loved everything about it!

Winter retreat

Overall this is a great location and a clean and comfortable property. I did note that no wash cloths were provided, just hand and bath towels along with floor towels. I stopped by the office and they promised to get me some within an hour or so but they never came with any. This however is not an owner or property issue but apparently just a housekeeper issue.
