Broken dishware/ cockroaches/ disabled pool and hot tubs/ no view of beach/front desk clueless on issues/ Wi-Fi was overall terrible/ lost internet frequently/ super cheap televisions with terrible audio and poor picture quality/ one televsion had dead remote batteries/ no television channel guide/ neighbors on both sides pounding on walls/ coin operated dryer took money without working/ exterior plumbing was turned off for foot washing/ only 5 carts to transport luggage which were missing-had to load car by hand/ hallway garbage cans overflowing/ outside seating scattered and dirty/ staff seemed angry and not engaged with their work

Thanks for your review. The issues have been investigated & the HOA was alerted about the issues pertaining to the resort. In regards to the issues involving the condo itself the TV Remote was never mentioned. Both TVs have an on screen Guide. The quality of the TVs is very acceptable. There was no broken dishware until you occupied the condo. The condo is inspected before occupancy.

This is a great condo for a getaway. Right on the beach! It was convenient to other attractions as well! The only thing missing was coffee but a trip to the store took care of that!

Beachfront lovely stay

Less than two minute walk to the beach, you can see it from the community patio, but you can see the ocean from the balcony(patio blocks view of beach itselt but its still right there) It was clean, and very convenient location as we were able to walk to alot of places Elevators are slow but other than that its perfect

Great place to stay

This room was great and very clean. It was in a good location, steps from the indoor pool. The only reason I'm not giving a 5 star review is the pools and hot tubs were not cleaned well, if at all while we were there. My mom and I had a wonderful time and would stay here again.

Great Stay!

Brian’s place was great! It was very clean and super spacious for just two of us. The location was convenient for everything we wanted to do and is right on the beach. The only thing that wasn’t great was that the hot tub was closed, but that was no fault of the owners. Would definitely recommend Brian’s unit to anyone!

On the beach!

Nice condo unit right on the beach. The resort has a couple of pools and 3 hot tubs and a kids water area and lazy river. Really enjoyed the beach location. The balcony has a gap and then a patio area overlooking the ocean so it’s nice to walk out on the patio area to get a better viewing of the beach. I would definitely stay here again!
