Coquina 2B, just 150 steps to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, is a ground-floor, completely remodeled unit that is the perfect getaway for the entire family. With two bedrooms and two baths, this unit can sleep up to five guests. Located off Middle Gulf Drive, this complex is in a great location and close to everything on Sanibel!



HOME FEATURES

Coquina 2B features a king bed in the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. There is a twin and queen bed in the guest bedroom that lead out to the guest bathroom. This condo has free WIFI and a smart TV in the spacious comfortable living room area. It joins the dining room area that features a pass-through window to the kitchen and a laundry area equipped with full-size washer and dryer. Unwind on the screened-in porch, which looks out to the community pool! These are just the beginning of what is in store for a perfect vacation! If you're not getting active on the beach, enjoy all the amenities the Coquina community offers.

The grossest condo I’ve ever stayed in. Walls were black with dirt, furniture was sticky, cracked caulk and hairs in the bathroom, furniture should’ve been thrown away years ago. Property management was nice but they shouldn’t have ever rented a condo in this condition

However, it is clean and fits the needs for a weekly vacation rental. It was recently placed in our rental program when it was purchased by a new owner. They plan to do a full remodel. Think Motel 6 in a great location

Convenience-check Clean- check Comfortable- not much better than camping. Had to go somewhere else to sleep. Luxury - minus 100. Sofa hard, bed hard, decor old But it is on ground floor close to pool and beach. If you are not picky, you may love it.
