Looking for an island-feel getaway? You've arrived! Welcome to La Spiaggia. Come enjoy this 4 bedroom, 2 bath home and wake up to the sound of waves crashing on your private beach. Have a cup of coffee watching the beautiful sunrise, work from home on the oversized front porch, and enjoy the evening with beautiful lighting and sunset views. Take a stroll along the ocean to Bay View Beach, or simply relax and take in the expansive oceanfront views. Soak up the summer sun at La Spiaggia!

Other things to note
Please note this is one of two homes on the property. There is another house (white house in photo 1) that shares the beach platform, but the wrap around front porch is private to this home. Houses are spaced well apart, but there are also very friendly neighbors, so looking for respectful renters that are looking for a relaxing stay!

Property owner was super nice and helpful. House is right on the water. We loved paddleboarding and kayaking around there he area. Quiet and relaxing but near other coast towns if you want to explore.

Perfect!

The property was clean, cozy, comfortable, and in a fantastic location! The property owner was very responsive and checked in via text occasionally to make sure we had all we needed. Couldn’t have been a better experience!
