Nice spacious house with access to the pool. Simple Check in and check out and very responsive. Our family has a great time in Moab and this house made a great home base!
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Moab particularly because of this wonderful place. It was a great haven on a rainy day, quiet at night, and had all the amenities/kitchen supplies we needed. We’ll stay again if we get the opportunity.
This was the BEST vrbo we've ever stayed in. The amenities were over the top and we felt so Comfortable in this spacious home. We loved the beautiful views and the quiet evening stroll. Thank you, Jeff and staff, for a luxurious stay!
We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Is was in a quiet location just outside of town. Arches and Canyonlands are a short drive. Tons of activities to do in the area. We appreciated our stay here. The kids enjoyed the pool as well.
Such a comfortable place to stay. Close enough to Moab and the national parks but far enough away to get out of the hustle and bustle. The house was spotless and had everything we could possible need. Great community to walk dogs and just relax. One of the best places we’ve ever stayed.
This is our 2nd time staying at this lovely home. We will definitely book again. Thanks for being an awesome host and sharing some of your favorite Moab spots.

Great family accommodations in Moab!
Our stay was so much nicer with this rental with 3 spacious bedrooms, living area, kitchen well appointed. The courtyard was so nice too and the views wonderful. Traveled with my son, daughter, and grands so we needed this family space. A garage was a bonus to place bikes in. It was close to the activities we sought.
The booking went smoothly with timely communication from the host!
We had a great time at this property. It was perfect for myself and 3 adult children to spend just under a week. We were able to easily access town, attractions and restaurants. The house was well stocked with all the amenities to cook and make meals on the grill. The pool was very nice- less than a block away- could be mapped out a little better, but it was nice and family friendly. The owners communicated easily if we had any questions and were very helpful. Bathrooms could have been cleaned a little better before we got there but overall the place was in good condition and was well maintained. We would definitely come back and visit again!

Great experience!
My family of 5 stayed at this location for two nights. We enjoyed the property and location greatly. The house was clean and had all amenities needed. The host was extremely responsive. He proactively shared with us the timed entry system piloted for Arches National Park this year. Without that information we would have showed up for our visit and would have had to turn around! We will definitely consider staying at this vacation rental again!
I have been staying in Rim Village for almost 20 years and the area is still as perfect as ever. Coyote Run is well equipped and perfect for our MTN Bike week. Prices have definitely went up in Moab since 2019, but this is still the best deal in town for 2 couples or a family. The hotels in Moab can get super pricey and very busy and noisy. Rim Village is an oasis in the Moab chaos.

Great home base
My young adult son, sister-in-law, and I all stayed here three nights for visits to Canyonlands and Arches National Park. Location was great - accessible to everywhere we wanted to go but with peace & quiet and plenty of space to spread out to relax after long days hiking. Having a private garage was really nice. Wifi was easy to use and plenty strong for the morning I had to work remotely. Host communication was on point - accessible and responsive but not excessive. Townhome was very clean and well appointed. We spent nearly all our time in the parks so we did not make use of the pool or other amenities, but were very comfortable in the house, felt safe, and had a wonderful stay. Would absolutely stay again. Also highly recommend a jeep tour with Portal Offroad Tours!
Our family of four had plenty of room to rest and play. Community pool and hot tub was a short walk away but also had street parking. The 2 car garage was great to load/unload out of the weather. The only bad weather we had was some dust flying around on a windy day. The washer and dryer have their own space big enough to place luggage out of the way. Well furnished kitchen. You may want to bring your own tissues, napkins, and coffee or Kcups. Big windows and porch with views to the east and west. Away from busy Moab but just a short drive to Arches, Canyonlands, or Sand Flats.
Beautiful property, lovely interior design (including beautiful photographs of the area) and great outside vistas - perfect for enjoying some patio time. Unit is spacious and comfortable - beds and living/dining areas. Perfect landing spot for our stay in Moab and visits to the parks and other attractions - also lots of beautiful hiking trails nearby. Enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!
We have stayed in Moab 24 times starting in 1994. This property with Jeff was the very best. Jeff was very helpful with all questions. It was great to me him personally at the house when we had a need. We left something behind and Jeff was quick to notify us and mail the item to our home address. We highly recommend this property and hope to be back.
Our family of 4- two parent and two college age students plus our dog all stayed in this unit - it had everything we needed and plenty of space for everyone. The complex was clean and nice to walk our dog around. The patio was spacious and had great views all around.
We brought our adult kids and dogs for a quick biking trip to Moab. We had a great time and enjoyed staying at this location.

About the host
Hosted by Utah Escapes
Why they chose this property
Moab is an adventure vacation destination, with 2 National Parks, and a Utah State Park: Arches National Park, and Canyonlands National Park, Dead Horse Point State Park; the Colorado River for rafting and kayaking, Slickrock Bike trail and other mountain biking trails, endless hiking and exploring opportunities, and about any extreme sport you'd dare to try. But what we like best about Moab is its laid-back, small town, friendly atmosphere; its mild climate (excluding the very hot month of July); its endless vistas and awesome scenery from just about any point in the area; and the fact that so many fascinating people have come to visit, or come to stay and make Moab their home.
