The property was very clean. Good beds. Nice bathrooms. The kitchen was well appointed. Back patio was cool in the evenings. It’s very basic but did supply soaps. Downside: there is a lot of road noise with the windows open, the air conditioning is crazy loud, and the water pressure is the worst I’ve ever experienced.

Great stay!

We had a great stay! We were in Moab for a few nights to hike and explore in Arches National Park and this property had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable with just a short drive to town and just a bit farther to the park. The guest contact was responsive and helpful as well when we encountered a small hiccup. Would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at this townhome and would stay again. Pros: Very clean upon arrival, close to Moab, lots of cookware and dishes available, spacious, great location, complex was clean and very quietCons: road noise from the nearby highway can get loud at times, so bring earplugs if you are sensitive to noise

Fabulous place

The unit was impeccably clean. The location was perfect. Loved the two king-size bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The only issue was that the air conditioning upstairs didn’t work well and it was very warm. If that could be corrected, we would definitely stay there again!

All went ok. The air conditioning was noisy. The fan motor was very loud and did a poor job of cooling the second floor. No Kleenex.

Comfy bed, easy parking, close to town.Lots of construction happening around this development. Cleaning folks could’ve been more attentive- looked like there was a beverage that exploded on the outside patio- table, chairs and outside of door needed to be hosed off/wiped down, Microwave was dirty. Back patio gate held together with a wire- latch needs fixing. The place is fine if you are not looking for any extra touches. Given the fees, we could’ve stayed at a pretty upscale hotel for what we paid here.

The condo was really clean which was great. But we wouldn't stay here again without some changes/upgrades. The kitchen has plenty of plates, cups, and silverware, but is lacking cooking utensils like wooden spoons, ice cream scoop, tongs, serving spoons, etc. I did reach out about some of these items, and a cutting board and rubber spatula were dropped off shortly after, which was really nice.No games or area books in the unit. These things aren't necessary, but most places we've stayed have had at least a deck of cards or something, so we were a bit surprised The air conditioner doesn't cool the upstairs very effectively. It does cool the downstairs well but it is *really* loud whenever the fan is running. The washer and dryer are also notably loud. The pool was closed all but one day we were here. I reached out and asked if it would reopen. She said she'd reach out to hoa and get back with me, but never did. The house was exactly as stated, just not as well equipped as some of the other units where we've stayed before. It was adequate.
