Provençal type villa of about 110 m2 with a beautiful view of Cap Canaille and unobstructed view of the sea, located in Carnoux in Provence 4kms from Cassis. You will stroll in the city centre of CASSIS, a small typical Provençal town to discover the large central beach and some magical photo spots by going to Cap Canaille for a Majestic sunset.<br><br>Carnoux is a welcoming town with small family restaurants with Provençal cuisine "like Chez Mounette" in the city centre, then for a cosy and trendy space to enjoy small homemade dishes "Le 47O" a stone's throw from the house.<br><br>As you can see in the photos, two large terraces, one shaded with plancha, unobstructed view of Cap Canaille and the sea and the second overlooking the swimming pool.<br><br>New in 2023, swimming pool size 4mx2.60m deep 1m40, secured by an alarm but children remain under the supervision and exclusive responsibility of the parents during swimming. For insurance reasons the pool is exclusively reserved for declared travellers. The Swimming Pool is privatized Pool access from April to October depending on weather conditions. <br><br>The accommodation is fully air-conditioned, consisting of 2 bedrooms with 140 beds, equipped with Ethernet sockets, a fully equipped kitchen (Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric oven, gas hob, extractor, washing machine, dishwasher), bathroom with bathtub, large living room with sofa bed sleeping 2 places, television in the living room and kitchen, 1 separate toilet, mezzanine with office area and small bed 2 places (sofa BZ).<br><br><br> The Guest Access is fully autonomous (smart lock). The house is equipped with an alarm coupled with an outdoor camera that works by activating the alarm. The alarm is not activated during rentals.<br><br>The house has full access to travellers except for a room adjoining the mezzanine and locked as well as a cupboard (private spaces of the owner).<br><br>A few days before your trip, you will receive a guide with instructions for access and explanations for the management of the house, garden, pool and terrace.<br><br>you will also receive an SMS invitation to log in to the BOLD app to gain access to the smart lock.<br><br>if necessary I will send you GPS links for access to the beaches, some restaurants and shops.<br><br>Other remarks<br>Noisy parties and parties are not allowed.
