Small new independent house of 40m² in a quiet property in the heart of Provence Marcel Pagnol. 5 minutes from the Marcel Pagnol trail, 5 minutes from the center of Aubagne, 20 minutes from Cassis, 800 meters from Marseille 11th and 30 minutes from Aix en Provence. From 2 to 4 people including 1 room with bed 140 and a sofa bed 2 places in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet and 1 terrace and parking. pool sharing with the owners from June 15th, weather permitting.
