Solide Location wenn man mobil ist

Wir waren 14 Tage in Familie/ 3 Erw. mit Hund im Objekt zu Gast. Liegt etwas abseits in einer ruhigen Haussiedlung. Im Grunde bietet das Haus ( Doppelhaushälfte, bei der der andere Hausteil ebenfalls als FeWo vermietet ist) allen Komfort, allerdings bei einigem Sanierungsstau insb. beim Mobiliar innen und außen. Kleiner Pool. Aussengelände könnte etwas Pflege vertragen. Kommunikation und Reaktionszeiten der Vermieterin tadellos.

Angenehm

Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus war leider nicht sehr sauber gereinigt als wir ankamen. Bettwäsche und Handtücher müssen mitgenommen werden, das steht leider nicht im Inserat. Sandra hat uns zum Glück noch darauf hin gewiesen sonst wären wir ohne angereist. Die Lage ist aber top! 10 Min nach Montpellier mit dem Auto,fantastische Strände in der Nähe,riesengroßes Einkaufscenter und das Haus selbst liegt in einer Sackgasse,somit schön ruhig.

Je suis surprise sur votre remarque concernant la Propreté de la maison car c’est la première fois que l’on me fait cette remarque, mais j’en prends note et j’en ferai part à l’entreprise de nettoyage. Concernant les draps je vous confirme que c’est stipulé dans l’annonce que je vous invite à relire et d’ailleurs par mesure de précaution je le reprécise avant l’arrivée des vacanciers pour ceux qui seraient passés à côté de l’information.
