This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom penthouse is located in Cabarete (Puerto Plata province - Dominican Republic), and has a size of approximately 1300 sq. ft. The residence has a communal pool, is walking distance to the beach and is a few minutes drive from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.)

The daily rental rate includes absolutely all charges (also electricity). Housekeeping is included as well, and other optional services (such as chef, driver, car rental etc.) can be organized as per your requirements.
Price is shown for a standard occupancy of 2 adults: for larger groups (up to 4 adults), please contact us for a quote. Rates vary according to seasons and the duration of your stay: massive discounts are possible for long-term rentals and low-season bookings! Also, only a small down payment is required to confirm the booking.
