Fantastic location

We only had a few days to spend on AMI. The Pink House was quaint and unique, perfectly located a block from the beach and literally beside an amazing restaurant Smoqhouse. Some beach chairs to use would be a great addition and the bathroom could use a bit of repair from some water damage but otherwise it was a perfect stay for 2 of us for a few days.

Girls’ Long Weekend

My friend and I stayed at the Pink House for a four day weekend trip. We loved the Pink House! It was easy to get to, clean, and walking distance to the beach and some restaurants. The decorations were so cute inside and it was the perfect size for the two of us. The kitchen was well stocked with everything for us to to prepare breakfast and lunch. We went out to dinner. The host left a booklet with some many recommendations for restaurants and activities. We had the best time!!

So cute, convenient, clean, just right!

Great location, a very short walk to public beach. Beach chairs, umbrella and towels provided very nice. Nice info packet outlining great restaurants and things to do locally. Nicely appointed with all the amenities desired for a very relaxing stay! Highly recommend.

The Pink House is the perfect getaway!

Just steps to the beach, clean, well appointed, bike rental in walking distance. Never had to get in the car! Biked and took the mo key bus and trolley everywhere. Can’t wait to stay again!💕

Right on the main st so easy access to beach, trolley or walk to restaurants! Cute shabby chic decor. Accommodations are simple but adequate!

A retreat to remember

My husband and I enjoyed this amazing property for our anniversary! We loved the proximity to the beach and walkable to bridge street. We had a car, and went to the north end of the island, but also took the trolley which was super easy. This home is so comfortable, cozy, sweetly decorated and clean. We definitely want to go back again!

Our forever special place

Property was very clean and well maintained. I was worried about the location, but it was perfect and quiet at night. Communication was easy and quick with host. Bike rental is a must. We got engaged this weekend, so we will definitely be back to this pink little house !

Great Experience!

My wife and I stayed here for our annual Thanksgiving getaway. Great space in a very good location. In the middle of Anna Maria island, easy access to the trolley to get around, quick and easy to get off the island. Highly recommend!

Superb apartment and location. All corresponence with property management was really good. Lock on the back door broke on the 2nd day & after i called they sent someone the same day & fixed it. It was perfect for a short stay & would definately reccommend this place

Pink house

Perfect location. Perfect mothers day. I would suggest if you are driving to the beach to get there by 8:00am. Traffic going into beach is very bad. It is the most beautiful beach and town I’ve been to here in Florida. Thank you for the perfect place to relax at end of day.

We stayed in second floor apartment. Great location, clean, 1-2 minute walk to beach access, nicely appointed, shappy chic decor we both liked, reasonable rental rate, large deck that we enjoyed (not beach view ), would stay again gladly.

Great location and so cute!!

This little apartment was perfect for my husband and I! It was so cozy! With the location I thought it might be loud with it right on gulf dr. but I didn’t notice the noise! The beach is just a short walk down the street. Overall I would stay here again!!
