Great Experience!

My wife and I stayed here for our annual Thanksgiving getaway. Great space in a very good location. In the middle of Anna Maria island, easy access to the trolley to get around, quick and easy to get off the island. Highly recommend!

Loved our 2nd annual stay at TPP as we celebrated our 32nd anniversary! Convenient, clean, chic and comfortable. Can’t beat the value! They always go above and beyond! Will stay here yet again

Girls’ Long Weekend

My friend and I stayed at the Pink House for a four day weekend trip. We loved the Pink House! It was easy to get to, clean, and walking distance to the beach and some restaurants. The decorations were so cute inside and it was the perfect size for the two of us. The kitchen was well stocked with everything for us to to prepare breakfast and lunch. We went out to dinner. The host left a booklet with some many recommendations for restaurants and activities. We had the best time!!

Pink house

Perfect location. Perfect mothers day. I would suggest if you are driving to the beach to get there by 8:00am. Traffic going into beach is very bad. It is the most beautiful beach and town I’ve been to here in Florida. Thank you for the perfect place to relax at end of day.

AMI-Amazing Pink House

Our stay was on AMI was really fun & chill!! The house had a great location, clean, and was nicely furnished. Loved the deck! All as described! It was close to the beach, trolley stops, pretty close to food and shops. Liked the set up with a common locked entry for the 2 units. Thanks for a great introduction to island life!

Comfortable

Property was easy to find right on the main road. Short little walk to the beautiful beach directly across the street. Propert was neat and tidy, bed was very comfortable. Perfect for a couple. I traveled with my daughter so the double bed posed a problem. Pictures showed a day bed, but that must be in another unit. She was able to sleep on the love seat, but that might not work for others. Overall excellent property, would stay again.

Cute place

We really enjoyed our stay. Haley was very helpful. There’s a book in the apartment that covers any question you could have. Only thing was WiFi is very spotty. My husband couldn’t get on iPad the whole time but I found that okay. The location is wonderful. The kokunut hut is walking distance and perfect for a cocktail and sunset. The access to beach is a few feet down and very easy. Trolley stop is practically outside the door. Small place but perfect for 2. Deck is very nice touch.

Likes: Very clean unit, conveniently located to the beach, FREE trolley stop steps away, and about a 20 minute walk to Bridge Street (where most restaurants, convenience stores, and nightlife are located), A/C worked great, nice sized back deck, laundry room, large kitchen with everything you need to cook, beach chairs and towels were provided which was not expected. Dislikes: TV had very limited streaming channels (no actual live TV channels), the access code to enter unit gave us issues a few times, water bugs at night outside on front yard

I loved the house, and I could tell things aren't back to how they were before the hurricane. Some things travelers should be aware of:1) Listed washer and dryer, which is shown in the pictures but does not exist. 2) Asked in the app about washer and dryer, zero response3) The deck furniture table was missing glass, so useless if you wanted to put a drink down. 4) Shower curtain rod was being held up by a hope and a prayer, and maybe 3 in screws and tons of Sheetrock mud.

Fantastic location

We only had a few days to spend on AMI. The Pink House was quaint and unique, perfectly located a block from the beach and literally beside an amazing restaurant Smoqhouse. Some beach chairs to use would be a great addition and the bathroom could use a bit of repair from some water damage but otherwise it was a perfect stay for 2 of us for a few days.

Great location, a very short walk to public beach. Beach chairs, umbrella and towels provided very nice. Nice info packet outlining great restaurants and things to do locally. Nicely appointed with all the amenities desired for a very relaxing stay! Highly recommend.

Our forever special place

Property was very clean and well maintained. I was worried about the location, but it was perfect and quiet at night. Communication was easy and quick with host. Bike rental is a must. We got engaged this weekend, so we will definitely be back to this pink little house !
