As part of your reservation, you’ll enjoy access to a full breakfast buffet at Magnolia’s at 26th, just a short walk from the hotel. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. You will enjoy free Blockbuster rentals during your stay. Also check out the Snack Shack located on the 1st floor of the registration building.

All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Enjoyed our stay at the Carolinian

We love the location of the resort. It is very convenient to several attractions. The ocean view room gave us spectacular views of sunrise, sunset, and the beautiful beach. The parking building was also a big plus. We also enjoyed having breakfast at the Magnolia Cafe across the street.

Left early because it was awful.

This was a terrible property. lumpy and uncomfortable beds with dirty sheets. The room smelled musty and unpleasant. The parking is inconvenient and annoying. The room is allegedly for 4 people but only has a place for two people to sit and eat. Pool was decent and the staff were nice.

Like any water front hotel room. Facility did not have the advertised hot tube - a real disappointment for my wife - that is why we picked this place. Only one decent chair in the room. Patio door comes off regularly. Best about the arrangement was the breakfast at the Magnolia Buffet across the street.

Nice Location

Location of this room is in a great area, parking and check in was a breeze. I'm going to give the room a 4 out of a 5. The sliding door is very hard to open, which was aggravating and the fridge, which we didn't even use was constantly leaking on the floor from defrost mode., we couldn't get it to quit. Staff was notified. But other then those small issues , we would stay there again. Beds slept wonderfully and was clean.

I loved all the extras that came with the stay. We took full advantage of the movie box in the lobby which was great was able to catch up on some new movies that we have never seen before. The Continental buffet breakfast across the street was wonderful and we were able to play putt-putt golf for free this was one of my top resorts to stay the staff was wonderful

I have stayed at this resort several times and loved it. But it has always been in a 2 bedroom suite. This time I stayed in a standard room. The ceiling had black mold, the balcony door was rusted and hardly opened. It took force. The tub had sand in it when we arrived, used soap was left behind.

Nice Hotel, clean rooms, janky door

So we enjoyed our room, the room was clean and nice. Only issues we had was the door into room wasn’t that great. It was warped and didn’t close properly. You had to pull or shove it depending on if in room or not to get it to close. When we came up to room door wasn’t closed properly due to warping. Also the sliding glass door to balcony didn’t work well. Other than that the room was awesome, sheets and bedding clean and comfortable. Awesome location. Right on beach. Entire hotel smelled wonderful and was clean. The staff was not very informative as to where the parking garage was. We actually went to wrong one and another hotel told us where the garage was. Free breakfast also. We didn’t partake as the restaurant had over an hour wait to be seated. Might I suggest Lulu’s cafe instead. Not free but tasty. All in all a great experience and the hotel deserves 4 stars as it’s very nice. Just don’t stay in 408 if you mind the door issue.

Everything was great when I called for Maintenance they were there in a blink of an eye. Only complaints I had was the floor was not cleaned correctly. They didn't mop the cleaning product off the floor once they put it down so the floor was sticky but other than that everything was great
