The Grand Colorado on Peak 8 is an exceptional place to stay for skiers or snowboarders of any virtually any skill level. This brand-new resort has indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, exercise rooms, a gorgeous spa, private theaters, game rooms, restaurants, bars, indoor ski lockers, and even an ice rink. It is also steps from the lifts at the base of Peak 8 which is, essentially, the center of the Breckenridge Ski resort. Peak 8 has a ski school, ticket sales, restaurants, and equipment rentals. It is also serviced by the gondola which runs directly to Peak 7 AND to downtown Breckenridge - making it super convenient for guests at Grand Colorado to ride the free gondola into town and back when it is running (usually between 7:45AM and 5:45PM). Guests may also ride the complimentary resort shuttles into town and back.

The 2-bedroom lock-off condo (Called the 'Breckenridge') consists of a master unit and a suite unit; each accommodating up to 4 guests for a total of 8. The master and the suite may be separated or locked off (and effectively turned into a single, large unit) if you choose to do so.
- The master unit has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, fireplace, 2 tv's, balcony/patio, telephones, pullout sofa sleeper, separate bedroom with king bed, full bathroom, free wifi.
- The suite has a kitchenette, full bathroom, 2 tv's, pull out sofa sleeper, telephones, separate bedroom with a king bed, free wifi.

Two parking spaces are allotted (not unit specific) in its heated underground parking lot (electric charging stations available). Check in is at 4 pm , but you may park as early as 10 am on day of check in. Check out is by 10 am on your day of departure.

Why did I say 30% off? Since you're booking directly with me (instead of through the resort), I offer the rate, but DO NOT require (or even ask) you to attend a timeshare overview. If you get a couple of clicks deep in the site's reservation system, you'll see that anyone booking through the resort and wanting to stay in this style of unit on these dates (without subjecting themselves to the timeshare pitch) would normally have to pay $1,693.87 per night.
