Fantastic location right on Peak 8 with super easy access to chair lifts at the base. Condo is exactly as described and the perfect home away from home for your ski getaway. Host is super responsive and an absolute pleasure to work with. Hope to be back next season. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Amazing stay!

My wife, kids, and I all stayed here over the 4th of July. The location is top notch, as you are right by the slopes and the condo itself is both beautiful and clean. We will definitely be back!

Family Vacation on Peak 8

Property manager was excellent, wry prompt in answering any questions we had. Can’t beat the location for skiing, walk outside, put on your skies and ride down 10 seconds to the lift. The condo was perfect size for our family of 5. Would stay here again.

Ski trip

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo is set up well to maximize the space available. The views are great, and the location was wonderful for skiing in and out. The owners/ managers were very responsive to any questions and easy to work with. We would love to stay at this condo again.

Great location

Very convenient location for ski in ski out. Just steps from the bottom of Peak 8. Made for very convenient skiing. Ski lockers were easy. Plenty of parking. Condo was as listed. Sleeps 8 for sure. Fireplace was nice. Views of the hill too. Used the hot tub and the kids said it was fine. Would stay here again!

Father/son ski trip

We have stayed at the Ski Watch complex for about 15 years. This is the first time we stayed in this unit. When we walked in for the first time it smelled like it had just been remodeled. Everything was new fresh and clean. This unit is about 30 feet from the door going out to the slopes. We didn’t have to climb any stairs to get in and out. We will definitely be staying here again..

We are very happy that you responded quickly and tried to rectify the situations. But wanted you to know the details:When we got settled in, the condo wasn’t very clean. It was “surface” clean; however, the following was noted:1. The utensils and appliances were greasy – we let you know of this, however, we cleaned it up ourselves as we needed to use the kitchen.2. When we went to take showers, there was hair in the shower (2nd room) and on the floor.3. When we went to go to bed, there was hair in the sheets (1st bedroom) and the bedspread didn’t look very clean.4. The sink in the (2nd bathroom-double vanity) clogged up. Then the shower did as well.5. Light under the microwave didn’t work and needs replaced.These are things we also noted and wanted to let you know of:1. Pans definitely need replaced as coating is coming off of them, need a full set of measuring spoons, top of the fridge (where toaster/air fryer is sitting) needs to be cleaned/wiped down as it is dirty.2. Toaster needs replaced at it doesn’t always want to stay down to actually toast things.3. Patio has to much furniture on it. It is too crowded to sit and enjoy it. Again, very dirty (when know someone is expected to check in, the cleaning people should make sure furniture is wiped down.4. Windows need cleaned as they are very dusty/dirty (glass) as people come for the view and when they are this dirty it isn’t a great view.Thanks again for quick response. The condo itself was very cute.

Best location for Skiing!

We loved staying here! It was so easy to go down the hall to the ski lockers pop on our skis and head out onto the slopes. My kids loved the upper bunkbeds with the curtains and my husband and I loved having the shelving next to our beds.The storage under the beds was so good to have, especially with all of our ski stuff. Also, the hooks around the condo were great to hang our coats and ski pants on. The condo had everything we needed including the hot tubs and sauna. Our kids loved the arcade and we even had a family tournament on our last night.It was nice be able to park directly under the building but was tight with our large truck.The view of peak 8 from our room and balcony was great.The only drawback was that the condo was very warm. We turned off the heat and had to open the windows.If we come back to Breckenridge we would definitly stay here again.
