Upscale Condo with Mountain Views - Near Downtown Palm Springs

This entire condo has just been completely redone, with a custom-designed kitchen, quality appliances, all new bathroom, flooring, furniture, art, and the addition of counter depth washer and dryer in the kitchen. We have a condo in the same complex and can vouch for how cozy and nice these remodeled condos are, not to mention all the perks of being downtown with mountain views. There are breathtaking vistas of the San Jacinto and Santa Rosa mountains from the living room, dining room, and front patio, while the back patio off the master has a view of the tennis courts, two sparkling pools, two hot tubs, and lots of greenery.

Glass sliding doors open to both patios. The elegant living and dining areas with tall, cathedral ceilings, adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen, offer a relaxed space for quiet enjoyment or entertaining friends. There is a 55'' tv in the living room and 50'' in the bedroom. The bathroom is the epitome of luxury, with soft towels, Molton Brown products, two shower heads, quartz counters, Italian tile and high-end fixtures.


LOCATION: The condo is in a fantastic location! You are only 1/2 block from the Palm Springs Convention Center, 1 block more to the Agua Caliente Casino, and nearest restaurants. You can easily walk downtown, look at the shops, grab dinner & walk home. The condo itself is nestled in Casa Verde, which as the name suggests is very green and lush, especially in a desert environment. A lot of big trees, green grass and mature plants almost remind you of a resort in a tropical paradise.

PERKS: For your convenience, we have two Apple HomePod smart speakers, which you can use for music, radio, podcasts, weather, alarm clock, white noise machine, etc. More importantly, you can also as Siri to adjust the WiFi-connected lights, adjust the temperature and lock/unlock the front door. There is also an iPad that docks in the kitchen, which you may use as you like - for reading the news, surfing the internet, or using it to control the home. We also have tried to include a few books, games and some tennis rackets in case you wish to use the tennis courts.

THINGS TO DO: Downtown Palm Springs offers movie theaters, fine dining, shopping, live theater, boutiques, salons, pubs, West Elm, Sephora and many clothes, furniture and retail shops are just a few blocks away. Village Fest happens each Thursday evening just two blocks away, the Palm Springs Art Museum, the internationally-acclaimed Film Festival, Modernism Week all happen nearby (albeit may not happen soon due to COVID-19). Hiking trails are also in abundance locally, and Joshua Tree, Idyllwild, Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear all make fantastic day trips.
