Lovely 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo, close to pool and beach.

Wendover Dunes villas are located in the Leamington area in the southern most part of Palmetto Dunes Resort. Each building has 4 units with covered parking. The pool area (includes baby pool, jacuzzi, bathrooms and grill area) is centrally located just steps away from your unit, and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean, South Carolina beach shoreline is a short 4 minute walk away.

This beautiful villa has been completely updated and professionally decorated by the owner who is an interior designer. No detail has been left untouched! The villa is spacious at 1600 square feet with high ceilings and large windows that flood the living area with light. The living area has a large sleeper sectional sofa. The lovely dining area seats 8. There are faux wood porcelain tile floors throughout. A spacious screened veranda is adjacent to the open living area. The open floor plan offers a fully equipped kitchen with quartz counters, appliances, beautiful dishes and All-Clad cookware. There are 2 master bedroom suites each with separate newly updated baths and walk in closets. One master suite features a king sized bed while the second suite has 2 full size beds. The bedroom suites are separated by the kitchen and living room providing privacy.

Everything was great. It would be helpful to have directions to pool. Luckily we ran into visitors who directed us to pool. The condo is just as it appears in photos. There is no TV in guest room but that was fine for us. Please be aware there are 30 stairs to condo. Location was close to everything.

We had a great time during our first trip to Hilton Head. Very nice and clean property with a great location. Beach was busy but the private beach access point helped a ton. Pool and hot tub were great amenities. Since it was our first time would have been nice to have a guest sheet mapping out the area, but otherwise 10/10! :)

Wonderful Vacation

My wife and I stayed here with our 3 children ages 9, 7, & 2. This is our 3rd year in the complex but first in this unit. Donna, the owner was wonderful. She was excellent at communicating and very responsive. The unit is well equipped, modern & had very comfortable beds. We look forward to staying here again.

Palmetto Dunes Condo

Our week in Hilton Head was amazing. The condo was perfect: beautifully remodeled, clean, spacious, and an awesome location with quick access to the pool and beach. Gorgeous place to stay in paradise

This home was not just a condo. It was decorated beautifully and very clean. The pool is steps away. The beach path is right on the premises. Located in Palmetto Dunes which is a gated community with lots of bike paths, tennis, pickle ball, and golf. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here. Donna was very responsive to any questions we had.

Absolutely gorgeous Home

This was my second time in Hilton Head and we wanted to be closer to the beach. We were steps away from the beach AND we had a beautiful home! It had everything we needed and it was very clean and inviting. We appreciated how close the beach. We had a lot of family members staying all around the area and we were the only ones who had a pool area that included their grill right at the pool! So we were able to have a family pool party outside with other family members. We definitely look forward to staying here when we come back!!

Tucked away in Palmetto Dunes

The location of Wendover Dunes is perfect because it is tucked away at the end of Ocean Lane. Little traffic. This particular unit was exceptionally clean, beautifully furnished and well equipped for cooking in the unit. The unit is just as pictured on line and is on the second floor which we loved. Lovely and peaceful view from the screened lanai. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Only a three or 4 minute walk to the beach and the complex has a lovely pool. I would definitely rent again. And just an FYI to future renters…bring your own beach/pool towels.

Definitely a 10 out of 10! This condo is stunningly beautiful. As someone who loves to cook, the resources in the kitchen were unmatched by any vacation rental I have ever been in. The location was great – a short bike ride to the beach and Palmetto Dunes is now our new favorite place to stay in Hilton Head. I think we will make this a new Thanksgiving tradition.

Elegant Condo

We had a wonderful week in HHI staying in this condo that exuded such elegance and class. The condo was so tastefully furnished, well equipped, clean and it felt like home. The only downfall was that it is located on the second floor of the building, which doesn’t appear to be a problem at first, but when transferring luggage, bags and groceries from the ground level garage in the heat, it was a bit of a challenge. Overall, we really enjoyed this condo.

Beautiful weather

There were several things that were problematic. The picture showed a tv in each bedroom and there wasn’t one in the second bedroom. Also there wasn’t a blender. The biggest problem was the stairs. There were 2 flights not one and we had several people who were over 70. We would not have chosen this condo if we had known.

It was a great stay with perfect weather.

We really enjoyed the property. Very private and quiet. The renovation was amazing. A little too much decorations as it was hard to find places to set things and lots of breakables and too many lamps!! Very well equipped kitchen. A ton of glassware but no plastic plates and no containers for food storage. Also not really a place to store food except above the trash an in the same cabinet which isn’t very sanitary. Very spacious and good layout with an incredible screened in porch. It is a second floor unit technically but first timers to this unit with children it really is 3rs floor with the garage underneath. VRBO needs to correct unit on map. Would recommend this rental and would stay again. It was nice to have an updated space, heated pool, and fairly close to the beach.
