What a stunning collection of seaside landscapes! Located between the sea and the countryside in Plounévez Lochrist, near the seaside resort of Plouescat, between Roscoff and Les Abers, La Bâtisse du Dolmen Clara awaits you for unforgettable moments with family and friends.
This array of landscapes will charm you with beautiful walks and the perfect setting to recharge!

La Bâtisse du Dolmen Clara, fully renovated in 2020, is just 8 minutes from a stunning fine-sand beach and the GR 34 hiking trail. With 220 square metres of space to unwind, everyone can enjoy their stay: 1 large living area with an open-concept kitchen leading to the dining room and living room, a bathroom on the ground floor and a separate toilet; on the ground floor: 3 large bedrooms with queen-size beds—one of which also has a second single bed—and also on the ground floor, you’ll find a large bathroom with a toilet as well as a relaxation area with a play area for children. Each of our bedrooms is equipped with walk-in closets
Outside, there is a terrace, a lawn for outdoor games, and 5 parking spaces within the fully fenced property.

From May through September, you can enjoy our brand-new outdoor relaxation area with its large, heated swimming pool, exclusively for guests of La Bâtisse...

New for late 2022: a new indoor relaxation area is now open with direct access from the property:
- open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- featuring a large 5/6-person spa, a relaxation lounge

Nous avons été accueillis très bien par la propriétaire une gentillesse et bienveillance elle a pris le temps de nous montrer le logement le fonctionnement le cadre est très agréable Loin de tout en campagne les seules voisins sont les propriétaires très discret Nous avons pu profiter pleinement du logement de la piscine et du jacuzzi un barbecue a disposition tout est très bien expliqué et ils y se magnifiques lieu et plage a découvrir de très bon restaurant un séjour très apprécié calme tranquillité météo très agréable une vraie réussite bravo à eux pour ce domaine très sympathique
